The First Time I Died

The First time I died was so long ago, it is barely memorable in the long stream of my Soul knowing. So much overlap from multiple life experiences almost make it a blended streaming, a convolution of exacting memory.

Perhaps I should count the deaths, the losses that were mini deaths, the surrendering unto the unfolding of Almighty Grace that were in itself many deaths that would catapult me unto a new life steaming.

Upon my second Soul cycle, the lineation’s that bound me to precipitous experiences to an age of wisdom now in reign. The boundless light of the Soul is ever in progression, always reviewing and even sometimes turning back in descension or de-evolution. Such paths are ultimately the teachers in the Soul’s quest for greater experience in the horizontal life. The linear urging of the human vessel is to unite with the divine spark of its inhabitant in a most visceral level, otherwise the Soul aspiration for flesh experience goes wholly unnoticed, as the precipitous urges of the body take over the Souls desire to indwell it towards its own benefit and growth.

How many times those losses came – the endings that brought new Beginnings. The pain that brought new light of awareness. The release of a dead child from my arms, twins from my womb, from my heart. So many children, so many lives. Motherhood gives birth, but is also a death of the autonomous self to another’s dependence. The symbiosis of the entwined Soul in utero offers a special unity in the life streaming.

And from all those shared experiences at the extension of another – children, lovers, family and friends. The lovers, most poignant, as it is the lover that there is surrender, a small death at a most intimate level. The collapsing in the remembrance of the divine bliss that fills the spirit. Yet, after a while, the lovers go, too. And there is the mirror, the self facing Self.

In that ultimate recognition, of reunification, there is yet another death. A death of personhood, the small self or ego predominance in submission to the “I”.  The “I” of the Soul, the real Self, the true mother, lover, friend, and guide. All of these losses and small deaths are but preparation of the Soul’s submersion into the almighty I AM.

On the path of initiation, life and death is a constant cycle of Becoming – a knowing and strange comfort in the chrysalis into something new and more beautiful than before. The awareness that Life is eternal and begins and ends, like the ebb and flow of the waters of life, the yin and yang inflow into the other, none and one at the same time.

I remember the first time I died and yet, I will again, and again and again!

Cravings ~ Part 2

Image

Does this Sound Familiar?

After several rounds of eating your favorite dessert question, “What is causing this to happen’ & “Why do I want this right now?” Pondering these questions en route to the fridge, pantry, special drawer, or better, as you’re entertaining it – will surprise you to learn your answers to these questions.

The key to releasing cravings is to recognize them as they arise. Attention placed on the current emotional state automatically sets up an interruption of the pattern. The interruption is “noticing” the craving. Craving a particular food is an indication that your body already has too much of it. It indicates imbalance in the body, which can lead to food allergy. Sugar, caffeine, carbohydrates, meat, and dairy all affect mood and only lead to health problems in the end so, try not to indulge in negative cravings, as they will always spiral out of control.

Cravings come from the unconscious. They’re patterns that we’re used to and do not think much about because they provide comfort. We all have a need for immediate satisfaction, to seek after the pleasure principle, whose innate response urges us to insulate our true feelings with something – whether with food, drugs, alcohol, sex, shopping, gambling, gaming, or whatever. Whatever one’s delight, it is meant to dissipate physical tension, at least temporarily to soften the edges.

Cravings offer a positive side, too. It’s the way the body sends us messages to maintain balance, to refuel our energy or lift our moods. For instance, the body may require Vitamin C to help heal a cold. Desiring an orange or citrus would be a result of a good craving and positive habit to reach for an orange. Body wisdom is working by sending us messages to maintain balance. Yet, if we ignore these messages for any prolonged period to find equilibrium, the more we get out of control and suffer the negative repercussions of our faulty habits and unresolved emotional cravings.

Learning to listen to the needs of the body is essential, as are the responses we get from eating food that causes symptoms (gas, indigestion, acid reflux, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, skin problems, bad breath, headaches, achy joints, etc). So, whenever the body is craving something, pause for a moment and wonder, “What’s really going on here?” “Is this craving coming from my body or my emotions?”

When we find ourselves impulsively reaching for some food, take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reevaluate the situation and consider what your heart and Soul are really asking for. Remember that the pause alone sets up an interruption to the behavior to overcome the craving. The choice is yours. We may choose to honor our bodies needs with Love or to hop onto the vicious cycle of negative pattern repetition where dissatisfaction, self-loathing, and low esteem await claim.

The point of focus is to look for food imbalances, emotional deficits and behaviors in your life that are often the underlying cause of cravings. Many times what we think are emotional cravings are cravings caused by nutritional imbalances that affect emotion, and vice-versa.

Language of Heart

The Heart is the Living Map to Guide us into the Heart of the Living Mother. ~Alisa Battaglia

Love is the flower for which love is the honey ~ Victor Hugo

The language of the Universe is reflected through the Soul in its perspective of a unified consciousness that is imbued with the eternal trinity of the good, the beautiful and the true. The seat of the soul is the heart and therefore, the language of Soul is the language of the Heart and also the language of Nature, since the soul is bonded into the Earth’s magnetic body inasmuch that Spirit is anchored into the Pleroma, the electrical force of creation at the heart of the Galactic Center. This means that the language of the soul communicates multi-dimensionally through the nexus of the heart in wholeness. According to the attribute of our heart is the reflective action, our measure of selflessness or selfishness. The variety of those interactions reflects the consciousness of our hearts’ that creates our experiences and how we communicate them to others. When there is the simple awareness that pain, trauma and fear (anger) keeps us from being totally involved in the now we begin to understand volition and right action. We recognize that what does not stand in love within us needs to be worked out with a mind connected in the Spirit in Nature’s Intelligent Love.

Right action or volition is the primary force of motivation that distinguishes the personality of the Soul from the personality desires of the masked or automated self. The motivation of Soul energy can be felt as a feeling-intellect within the heart, the impulse of compassion that moves us from the thick walls of selfishness into an ever-widening inclusiveness with life. It is from that place that we honestly attempt to be authentic as we are motivated through courage, inspiration and energy – the territory of the unfolding petals of the inner heart.

With an open heart it becomes easier to fight our selfishness with generosity and we begin to understand the language our Soul impulse seeks to communicate to us. When we listen to these subtle directive inner promptings, we nourish our Soul desires and trust its guidance more into our lives instead of fearing and going against our Essential Self. Our Soul interfaces with our personality vehicle the more we honor others and ourselves by following through on our commitments, contribute our skills and knowledge in a loving and patient way. As we accept our selves, learn tolerance and unconditional love we raise the vibrations of our energy body attracting to us those of similar attributes of heart and essentially energies of higher quality vibrations that resounds outwardly into the world.

To invoke spiritual energy to help us heal or to show us our path of purpose, we ground into the womb of Nature, center our mind and expand our hearts. Then we simply state our needs, dreams and desires, forgive and then let go of our attachments and preconceived process of how things should be done. We release the tentacles of our mind that wraps around things we identify with (our conditioning) so that we may let things happen and surrender the “how” to the miracle-producing Universe. We listen and move in rhythm with the Divine Heart of the Mother where love flows in Equipoise lovingly bringing calm, receptivity, aliveness and joy into our lives. The purpose of ensoulment is a life in aliveness, never angst, fear or derision.
