The First Time I Died

The First time I died was so long ago, it is barely memorable in the long stream of my Soul knowing. So much overlap from multiple life experiences almost make it a blended streaming, a convolution of exacting memory.

Perhaps I should count the deaths, the losses that were mini deaths, the surrendering unto the unfolding of Almighty Grace that were in itself many deaths that would catapult me unto a new life steaming.

Upon my second Soul cycle, the lineation’s that bound me to precipitous experiences to an age of wisdom now in reign. The boundless light of the Soul is ever in progression, always reviewing and even sometimes turning back in descension or de-evolution. Such paths are ultimately the teachers in the Soul’s quest for greater experience in the horizontal life. The linear urging of the human vessel is to unite with the divine spark of its inhabitant in a most visceral level, otherwise the Soul aspiration for flesh experience goes wholly unnoticed, as the precipitous urges of the body take over the Souls desire to indwell it towards its own benefit and growth.

How many times those losses came – the endings that brought new Beginnings. The pain that brought new light of awareness. The release of a dead child from my arms, twins from my womb, from my heart. So many children, so many lives. Motherhood gives birth, but is also a death of the autonomous self to another’s dependence. The symbiosis of the entwined Soul in utero offers a special unity in the life streaming.

And from all those shared experiences at the extension of another – children, lovers, family and friends. The lovers, most poignant, as it is the lover that there is surrender, a small death at a most intimate level. The collapsing in the remembrance of the divine bliss that fills the spirit. Yet, after a while, the lovers go, too. And there is the mirror, the self facing Self.

In that ultimate recognition, of reunification, there is yet another death. A death of personhood, the small self or ego predominance in submission to the “I”.  The “I” of the Soul, the real Self, the true mother, lover, friend, and guide. All of these losses and small deaths are but preparation of the Soul’s submersion into the almighty I AM.  

On the path of initiation, life and death is a constant cycle of Becoming – a knowing and strange comfort in the chrysalis into something new and more beautiful than before. The awareness that Life is eternal and begins and ends, like the ebb and flow of the waters of life, the yin and yang inflow into the other, none and one at the same time.

I remember the first time I died and yet, I will again, and again and again!

Thought Moves Gods Spirit Across the Waters

Universal Laws are written in a molecule of water – hydrogen.  E = H2O = e is the molecular structure of water, which contains the principle of structural perfection. The water molecule is the primordial information substrate of Nature responsible for supporting the diversity of life on planet Earth.

This means that information about life is encoded or imprinted in water.  For instance, energetic rain, fresh air, the sun, minerals and rocks (coral calcium), and Natures circuits (rhythms) whose energy and information all move in the molecular fabric to create memory in water. The energetic informational qualities of water may be of even greater importance to our health than we have ever imagined because it interconnects all parts and processes within us.  Imagine that when we drink this elixir of life we literally consume the structural properties of a substance that is alive and with memory. We drink in the awesome wisdom of the Kosmos that is assimilated into our cells and consciousness with far reaching effects. Important to keep in mind that since the gift of life is entrusted to the sole substance of water, the key to our life purpose and death also holds the key through water. Water needs our care and utmost protection!

Everything has a significant part of water as a part of creation. With Earth being 75% water, the human body composed of 85% water and the brain containing 90% water; it is easy to see that water is the conductive force of life. I add solar energy to this divine alchemy, the hertz frequency of the sun that structures water to perfection. (See solar meditation). In addition, the realities of water also resonate with the deeper emotional and mysterious feelings we often experience in the presence of bodies of water – a sort of cleansing effect in the ebb and flow via the myriad tides of expression in our subtle realms of the emotions. Leonardo Da Vinci states that, “human emotions are water.” Hence, the great dialogue between water and humanity. Water – Sound – Frequency.

Water transmits chemical and structural information and is, thus equivalent to a person talking with a person. It picks up the frequencies of everything it comes into contact with, around it and the pipes it goes through to reach the tap. Imagine the plethora of chemical wastes funneled into our water systems from toxic industrial waste, chemical and pesticide run-off, pharmaceuticals to fluoride and other additives to clean the water we drink and bathe in. Water is a conduit. It holds memory and acts as an information exchange with all that is around it including sound. Like water, sound can either be used to create, heal or destroy. When we destroy living water, we destroy ourselves.

Water and Sound
Water is an informational system and takes on different complex structures based on the vibrations (or intentions) being directed at it in both positive and negative exchange. Our speech, written words, deeds, thoughts, feelings, prayers, intentions, music, and crystals, and so on produces an energy signature that is imprinted into water. Understanding that sound creates structures in water greatly emphasizes the many roles of water in the health of the body and on consciousness. CREATORS’ holy water is hexagonal (clustered water) and stores the frequency of miracles. Ponder the significance of water in ritual and ceremony used for healing purification and physical body maladies.

We can empower ourselves by reprogramming the water we drink and use, to not only be chemically pure, but to create a new structural pattern of health, love, perfection and divine being. Consider, for example, the musical note E or its correlative on the third Solfeggio Tone of “Mi.” Mi resonates to the miracle “528” vibrational number sequence that repairs damaged DNA. Imbibe the 528 miracle healing frequency into consciousness and thus, into water.

Quality
Water must be more than chemically pure, it must be alive. There are many products in the marketplace that promise to enhance the structure of water, making it either “wetter water” or “hexagonal water” that works far more effectively in the human body than the typical stagnant, dead water coming out of the faucet. Water of poor quality is a major contributing factor to a poor state of health in both body and mind.

The quality of our water is a prime concern if we aim for the highest possible state of health at all the levels. Much emphasis within the natural health community has been placed upon the physical purity of water. While the various impurities may be removed through filtration, typically the “memory” or “vibration” of these pollutants remains. There are positive and negative memory effects on water, but only the “negative memory” stored in the water has a detrimental effect upon our health. Hence, we need to broaden our approach to water and we can do so by acquainting ourselves with the works of Viktor Schauberger,  Johann Grander and Masaru Emoto.

All of Life is in Polarity

All of life is in polarity-that is, in relationship to its opposite or polar energy and our level of connectivity in relation to it. For instance, our relationship in opposition to the social structures set into place. The disconnection or division comes from having to labor our living at the expense of our creative soul urge. Life demands that we work and pay taxes for our keep and yet this causes a drain on our life force creating exhaustion, dis-ease and aberrations. The balance, of course, between the two polarities would be to find right livelihood…in so many terms, to “Live our Bliss.”

The second opposition that we struggle with is our relationship to our environment. With the first opposition in concretization, there is little time for connection with nature outside office buildings. In cars, we come and go to the workplace, the mall, grocery stores and so on. We pass by what is left of nature around us. We are disconnected because there is no real connection to the environment. This lack of connectivity to nature causes us to disengage from vital life preserving forces that through connection would align us by default to the greater rhythm of our planetary body and the Kosmic circuit in which it resides. Harmonizing with nature whether by walking through a park, gardening, or even honoring the moons monthly cycles puts us in touch with the greater rhythm that has become so elusive in our busy lives.

The polarity continues as we move within because what we see that is not right in society is actually a reflection of the collective mindset in a particular area. This points us in the direction of looking at that which is not right within us. Inner conflict runs between extremes. On one end of the polarity spectrum there is total withdrawal expressed as narcissism in the personality complex. The narcissistic defense mechanism is one that detaches emotions from intimate forms of connectivity with a need to control life, people and circumstances. Functioning from the head, the focus is most often on material gain or position while the emotions are withdrawn from the needs of self and others. Sensitivity and inner sight of the authentic nature is lost and life is superficial and myopic. However, for every control freak there is a counterpart to play out the role of victimhood or supplicant. This is best expressed in the co-dependent and addictive mindset whose intense emotional grasping to things, people and circumstances causes them to lose sight of their deepest needs and desires as a human being. Again with the focus powered onto the object of ones attention-things, people, drugs and alcohol, money and gambling, clothes and glamour, thoughts, and so on, the fulfillment of the immediate need causes the mind to skim only the surface of self, others and life. Both expressions, one overly mental and one emotional, produce disjointed human beings. When time is not taken to examine what is right and not right within us, we live miserable, lonely and loveless lives. Passion for life’s gifts, mysteries or energy to investigate them is lost, as life energy is disconnected from the Kosmos, nature and self…and slowly the spirit within is asphyxiated from lack of connection to the wellspring of life. The spirit within is the nexus of our existence – it is the force that animates our body, the Promethian Spark that gives life and substance to an otherwise lifeless body.

The next polarity and perhaps the most vital, as it moves to the very core of our existence is between the human being in relation to spirit – the polarity between resistance to living our inner light and fully embracing our divinity. The question is “Who are you in relationship to this borrowed body whose name you call yourself?” “Are you the body or the dweller within the body?” This apparent disconnection to the source of our being is the very peril that binds us from liberation. Our mental constraints take the lead setting parameters when the soul is timeless and without human boundary. The soul’s limitless space reflects the potential of our human capacity. Our connection to the source of our divinity is the stuff that all of life is made. In this space or void, the boundaryless fairway of existence is the opposite spectrum of our human struggle – the brain that divides, bifurcates, separates and sections off with an attachment to ways of perceiving and living. Finally, the polarity of the soul in relation to Spirit – between the souls urge to immerse back into Sources spiraling well of energy as One Life or attachment to the souls sheath.

In all these levels of connectivity and separateness are layers and layers of differentiation between them. The balance point always meets at the neutral middle – the center path of heart where there is acceptance in the reflection of the other. It is the point of light within us that is wise, creative, joyful and loving. This sacred point of light that is the true self within is the initiator between extremes, the conjoiner of opposites – the multitude of polarities that exists on this plane. When we arise from the heart of neutrality, the true center of reality we act as the center point between Heaven and Earth.

How about this perspective for a pattern of living? 

God, Source, Creator, Universal Mind, or whatever name you perceive your God…is within All because Spirit is the essential principle contained in all things imbued with love, intelligence, and Wisdom. From this stream of the One Life, the spiritual triad is formed, the Father-God, Son/Sun-Soul and the Holy Ghost-Spirit.  Here the human being has a method for transformation that requires an awareness of free will and an engagement of the mind. Christ is humanities living example of transformation, transfiguration, and transmutation. Within each of us is the seed, the Universal Christ Pattern, or potential for Christ Consciousness, which is an activated heart centered reality of increasing levels of integration from the “I” perspective (transformation) to engagement with the “We” (transfiguration) to still more inclusive values of “Us” (transmutation). One Love!!!

This blueprint awakens unity consciousness, which is to align the Soul under free will with the higher Will of Source for humanities ascent to the power of good over evil in the material world. Remember that God is the One Life and that all of life is an expression of the ONE GOD, including the shadows of humanity that is labeled sin or evil.

What is called sin or evil, is a divergence from the stream of unity consciousness… movement askew of our potential from the pattern that has been set before us. The forces of rebellion in the unseen forces (astral realm) have been called Satan, the devil, evil, sin, the serpent, Lucifer, The Demiurge, Archon, intrapsychic predators, vampires, ET’s, etc…yet, they are all one in rebellion with Spirit when they move against the Life Urge of Christic initiation with the Living Waters of Wisdom.

Any mind activity that rebels against the influences of good, compassion and care and aligns with influences that distract, distort, rebel, or misalign with the One Source through the pull of material influences, it bifurcates consciousness into parts missing the Living Spiritual markers producing self-amnesia in the striving of higher ideals and values. Spiritual ideals help us to change and grow because they give us something to envision, to strive for. It is what arises spontaneously from the Soul…intuition unfolding revealing and affirming what calls to us from our depths. Authentic transformation is always guided by Core values/ideals or revelation for it to occur, as it is a primary principle for integration. With integration, there is “distinction” between personality-ego and individuality-Soul. Meditation is a means to move inward. Dreams lend insight & guidance.

To sum it up…Evil is a rebellion, an unbalance, of extremes (fundamentalism is an extreme): It is a lack of awareness/ignorance; rebellion & willfulness; aggression & invasion. The so many patterns of the ego that continually miss the mark, divert or misalign with the undivided stream of the One Life.

You may ask yourself what interrupts or diverts you?  What interferes with the pursuit of your ideals?  Most likely, your authentic answers will knock you off your high horse revealing within yourself, the sin of judgment.  But, don’t worry, I am not judging you, because you too, are an expression of God head…perhaps having missed the mark in the extreme.

Sensitivity to Impression

Power and significance is achieved when humans work directly with Nature intelligence in conscious ways to establish balance. We can begin to do this by being attentive to the impressions registered in our surrounding environment. We may not realize that we are subject to such impressions, but we are on some level of consciousness. The ideal is to make such impressions conscious and to reorient the registration of these impacts from an emotional reactivity to the development of a mental responsiveness to spiritual impression – of Spirit grounded into Matter. Sensitivity to spiritual impression has to do with developing an awareness of relationships. It acknowledges through feeling that all things in life are interconnected, intermingling, ever exchanging energies, that nurtures from the point of connection or malnutures from the point of disconnection.

As we become more sensitive to relationships and contacts, something wonderful begins to happen to us. The cloud of inertia over the human brain begins to lift and an awareness of “something more” pervades our consciousness. We recognize that we are lacking in potency and direction with self, others, and estranged from Nature realities. With this dawning awareness of relationship, the crystallized barrier that has been erected over eons to protect the interests of the separated self begins to crack, increasing our capacity to respond to the need of our environment with a spontaneous outflow of a loving heart and an intelligent mind.

Developing sensitivity to spiritual impression is the challenge of the path of spiritual development because silence must be cultivated. Silence is the key to impression because it directs attention of the listener away from the demands of the ego complex or centralized self and inward to the voice of the Soul. There is tremendous power cultivated from an inward focus towards the Soul when there is an impersonal attitude, one of observer. It is from that inward point that we realize that ideas are energy currents available to all minds attuned to those currents. When like minds come together with purpose of human progress and intent for right human relationships ideas bearing solutions to the world’s problems are anchored.

We live in a world where the allures of consumerism are the strongest. We have also in a period of history where science is exploring the outer world governed by natural laws. With this in mind, we are beckoned to conscious participation with the whole of life, in absorption into the imparted truths, so that they become a part of our consciousness.

Everyday we wield energy through our thoughts, words and actions. Let us becomes modes of expression or relaying channels and not delaying points of self-interest in the divine flow.

You Are How you Vibrate Part 2~ Creating Coherence

How we manage our energies through our feeling states, breath, language and the stories of our bodies determines our level of sensitivity or capacity for assimilation of the global life energies around us. Natural senses are part of life’s nonverbal communication system that endows us with inner balance, clarity, and enthusiasm. It is how Nature connects and communicates (communes) with other life residents.

Whole-self wellbeing, alignment of the Body-Heart-Mind-Spirit organism, is essentially the result of harmonious vibration in the energetic flow between Nature Intelligence and the Kosmic circuit. The reciprocity of this nurturing and balancing energy exchange awakens our senses onto our screen of consciousness that Natural intelligence loved us to Be. We are often surprised that there is a mutual benefit of cooperative experience when our consciousness is in tact with Nature intelligence. We further discover that the unity that results from the interconnection of these natural attraction forces validates that “Love is the only reality of the world because it is All.” The vibrational evolution of the Kosmos, the co-evolutionary pathway between Earth and the human psyche as part Nature is ever expanding with the Whole in the Now moment of incarnation. If we are to expand our vibration that is the vast interconnectedness of sentient global life, we must embrace a psychology that identifies Spirit and Nature as a singular relationship.

Inner congruency within self (what we think, feel, say and do) and self in relation to global life produces alignment that magnetizes the physical and non-physical realities to interface. This attraction calls to us Kosmic coincidence to awaken our creative Soul potential on Earth.

For instance, our seed thoughts, feelings, and words (sound) are a vibrational mix of information of the Now moment that creates a resonance to match it by stimulating the etheric forces to activate a response – our intent into a living, creative, earthbound existence. Matrices of like vibration become attractive forces for one another and entrain to create either coherence or dissonance within our Being.

Yet, if we zone out instead, tranquilize in delusion, suffering, negative emotion, selfish ideas, and desires take root because the physical self and the non-physical self are not merged within the same space-time continuum. There is no bridge, no congruency. The inability to merge with the nature within and the nature without produces bifurcation, a split in consciousness in the recognition of the unified Self and with all Life. Lack of interface between the ego personality and the higher self as Soul always maintains separateness fostering the illusion that we are alone, unloved and even unworthy to be alive. We are in fact never alone, we are Loved and absolutely worthy to exist.

While the wisdom of Nature is love, social constructs are organized to divest this wisdom of Nature innate in the human psyche by distracting us from the present, the spontaneity of the Now moment – the “living bridge” between the past and the future. This social control pattern is easily recognizable throughout the ages, especially with advancement into the technological age, where we are lured in to identify with and rely on external objects to think for us. These technological appendages dull the super computer brain and sensory apparatus into vibrational light code lock down. Any time we attach our thoughts to identify with Nature separated thinking we stand apart from our inherent Self and isolate ourselves from the whole of life. Instead, we hide within the walls of social media, fake news, excessive indoor living, and adopt addictive strategies as we step into error to experience the adverse effects of those directive scripts. Raising our vibrations requires that we bypass those constructs that derail us.

Paying attention to cultures stressful complexities of how to manage life through disconnected stories about life rather than participating in life, is like watching reality TV all day and saying you lived. The cultural learning process that deconstructs the natural born human as part of nature from Nature is not a teaching of the human Soul, rather it is a destructive directive script that teaches us through rational thinking to build walls and hide from our consciousness, our natural integrity within Nature and the blessings born from our connection. For over 50,000 years, nature connected people lived harmoniously with each other and the land because they gained consent from Nature to survive. In a world of social decay and environmental collapse, it is time to reclaim our humanity and reconnect with our origins in Nature so that we may survive as a species onward and organize to nurture Natures supportive ways.

The authentic reality is that our eternal non-physical self is always in high vibration and since the Soul is the human standard of our inner striving, we must align and keep steady to that signal of the expanded version of ourselves. Thinking high in spiritual aspiration and ideals—where the Law of Life magnetizes to us what we are thinking and then brings to pass more of the same is how we deliberately create our reality. The choice is solely ours. Through our sensory body, we manufacture positive streams of vibration or negative streams of vibration to attract those imaginings into Earth reality.

To strive toward the higher standard of the Soul, we must first have a self-loving willingness to align with the higher vibrational aspect of ourselves because in order to change lower energy that densifies our negative experiences, we must potentate a higher energy to transform it. This means that intent with the motivation or enthusiasm for life must underlie our caring how we feel in our bodies. We must intend to love Self enough to warrant feeling good all the time, without excuse or negotiation. Without the self-preservation of the pleasure bond that engages with the global life streaming that is love, distress would subvert the way via the pleasure principle of substitutes. This survival mechanism innate to the stirrings of our Soul and Nature knows that we have to love to feel good. Feeling good produces a pleasurable exuberance for life, which becomes our natural state of Being. The feeling state of exuberance helps us to cultivate body wisdom as an ally to higher manifestations and multisensory capacity amplified through Nature-Spirit connection.

Our feeling states both positive and negative offer great teachings as a way to correct our errors. The negative feeling vibration of resistance is a vital warning signal that something is out of integrity – out of flow in our stream of wellbeing. Divisiveness is always an indicator for reorientation toward unity. Bad feelings offer us an opportunity to align Self with the empathic center of Unity – Soul wisdom. With the feeling center positively focused, we move closer to our inner stream of wellbeing – congruency with the pure positive energy of the Soul’s range of vibration.

Until we can find feeling balance in the giving and receiving of the Kosmic circuit, we need lots of practice. Otherwise, our high vibrational inner being will not join, but will lower or drop down into the denser or negative vibration of the ego personality dramas. The more we practice aligning and keeping steady to the signal of wellbeing we discover a whole range of responses and get a “sense” of things. Our senses begin to navigate the complexities of how these innate feeling signals work in our body with great proficiency. We discover that “Assimilation through resonance” occurs when we experience the “feeling” of letting go. Letting go or surrendering is most pivotal in releasing a whole range of sensations that produce negative charges in the nervous system. Striving for the feeling of non-attachment to resistance, allows empathic life energy to flow through us endowing us with its intelligence.

Collaboration & Goodwill

The planetary body is in a harness and human beings (and Nature) are caught inside an insidious time-bound Matrix that overlords our entire psychical existence. The goal is victory over the human Spirit by dissecting our humanness in relationship to LIFE, ultimately inducing the Soul into automaton – projecting the image of the master’s aberration and psychopathy as the new world order of Technocracy in the terraforming of Nature with its synthetic derivatives.

The systems matrix aka the Archon Network supports synthetic reality with injection of its social engineering programs into the life stream. These corrupting intra-psychic forces with their directive scripts of false beliefs, manufactured truths and virtual realities imposed on the minds of humanity, drive us from our birthright of divine intelligence and lock us into five sense reality. Easily beguiled through psychical trickery, we ignore self-direction and give up our birthright of self-sovereignty. Self-doubt and insecurity replaces natural spontaneity and free thought, and duty and fear with the acceptance of the rote and predictable. This manipulation locks us into self-centered survival drives, apathy and indifference. Our innate human sense-abilities and natural feeling function is a redirect into synthetic substitutes and their created dependencies that veers us off our path of purpose in order to serve a parasitic agenda, which fortifies our servitude to it through its vicious cycle. Worthy focus is on what humanity shares in common as our collective birthright, rather than separation through our differences in color, creed, race, religion, political party, gender, disability, or income. We have conformed to the “world of appearances,” societies external values. Since these values are inauthentic and dwell only on the surface of things, we cannot transform and right use of will corrupted behind masks of seeming. Disconnected from our bodies, our senses and instinctual impulses, we have forgotten about what true relationship is with life – that is the interdependent co-creation with all sentient life. The Archon Grid has grouped Humanity together at the level of ideas, such as racism, nationalism, socialism, communism, corporatism, and now, as a New World Order Technocracy. What was once original, authentic, natural, and borne of direct experience is overwritten for a copy, a synthetic and inorganic variation, a simulated existence and experience of life.

Investigating the past of human history to the present we see hubris at its height that has left no race, nation, or group exempt from its mania. These inflated men and women are the overlord’s minions – the foot soldiers of their diabolical contrivances. For the love of power and promise of a golden life, many humans have asphyxiated their Souls from sustenance within the life stream. Instead, they set into motion a devouring shadow of terror over the Earth drawing energy from its taproot of evil. Drawing inorganic energies to sustain an organic life form is necromancy.

Connecting the dots of our ancient heritage brings awareness of the global lie to surface for inspection and correction. To correct our errors we must confront conflict between selfish values, attitudes, and competitive ways of living that breeds hatred, fosters black and white perceptions to the better ways of goodwill, understanding, cooperation, collaboration. The dichotomy is acute. It is clear that there are many different qualities and energies impinging on human consciousness today, as a sway between good and evil, which is producing both constructive and destructive effects in the evolutionary development of humanity.

Humanity has the power to unite in common cause, in Global Communion, with goodwill founding a common platform of action for all races and creeds to meet. Let us end friction and raise the collective human vibration onto the Path of Heart. The guiding intent to do good for all offers tremendous potency for freedom on every plane of human experience and activity. While energy follows thought, the heart best directs its potential energy, as without it, goodwill lacks the direction of energy into the desired channels and compromises the ability to discriminate between human good and evil. However, once the power of the spirit of goodwill is harnessed, it becomes evident as an essential pre-requisite to solving humanities many problems. Earth-centricity will always harmonize relationships. Without harmonious relationships, meet-ups, summits, workshops and conferences are empty of any real and lasting results and even the best laid plans are doomed for failure due to the inability to bridge incongruence’s and divisive patterns of orientation bound by false truths.

A mutual support, teamwork, altruism, working on behalf of the common good, and the “enormously creative” power of collaborative thinking offers goodwill relations that are necessary as a foundational foothold upon which to build a better world.

When Information Creates Ripples of Confusion

When Information creates within us ripples of confusion about who we are, we move into self doubt. Doubt produces fear in the unknowing and fear is the great self-abnegator. It is the very illusion placed before us that cuts us off at the knees in surrendering our identity to something other, which denies the truth of our authentic Self – our Self-conscious Spirit.

While, it is not always so easy to do the inner work to arrive at this fact or to think wholly for ourselves without others opinions or intrusions that guide us away from our inner knowing’s. We must however, begin to monitor our thoughts and apply common sense logic to them, question them and the philosophies that perpetuate imbalanced living before they are as readily embraced as our own.  When we step back to review the picture we must use discernment as to what is real and of that which is psychologically imagined. Sometimes what we think is actually imagined is real and what appears real is a projection of the imagination or of mind shaping technologies. We live in a time where realities merge through technologies invisible in everyday life and where the information from those channels creates ripples of confusion.

We must take note that psychological imaginings are implanted by external injections of fear – terror variegated by external interests in keeping the collective mind “free to roam in a box” of a particular systems template or manufactured psychological paradigm. For some the box is entirely cozy with no thought to venture beyond its confines. Others attempt to think outside the box, but hurts the head to stretch intellect at times where it is easier to just attach our attention to others ideas, to the latest spiritual fad out there or superficial impulse. To clutch to the one that sounds terrific enough to stimulate the lethargic mental body, but really it is not so much the quickening of the mental body we must be concerned with, but the feeling intuitive heart faculty.

The world illusions are many, fear produced realities and the miasms of our social conditioning keep us in fright more than fight or flight. Fear and self-doubt produces a strong hold on the psyche literally immobilizing the mind into “learned helplessness.” Subverting humanity into sheeple, into learned helplessness, has not been entirely difficult. Simply create a system of ideologies, religious and political dogmas, occult distortions to truth and accepted social norms that when deviated from through any form of self thought, produces a backlash that ostracizes the individual or groups in public domain.  Beware! When one discovers and liberates from a fear bracket, there is always another boogie man to take its place in the necessity of keeping the motor of the fear machine running.

In a world of conflicting realities and equivalent states of being, puppeteering agendas and ideologies induced on a global scale, superficial value systems and social norms with their derived life purposes of occult imaginings, we must hold the courage to face the truth of what is both in the world and inside our selves and then to step aside from the fear mongering that produces the vicious cycle of addictive consciousness.

The antidote to a grounded and centered existence in love with life is to understand the machinations of the fear machine and to UNPLUG from its vampirism – its life sucking tentacles! Fear with all its correlates feeds and strengthens the Beast that seeks to control us!

How do we salvage ourselves from the hungry Beast –the tentacles of the Sycophant? At some point in our life’s journey, the hard knocks of trial and error or perhaps we are lead through a series of synchronicities or instant revelation that we come to oblige our feelings and choose to listen to the unease that points us towards better feeling states in the direction of the true north of our Being. Our feelings if we listen will always show us how far we have deviated from our alignment with Source – our true North. Since we dwell in a physical body, all information must engage the feeling intuitive heart, which is the language of co-creation in fifth dimensional manifestation. The intuitive feeling heart consists of a very different quality of essence. This essence is actually who we are in truth.

Our intuitive feeling heart is our guidance system, our infallible barometer for truth. Truth garnered through our intuitive feeling faculty emanates from the heart throughout the entire fabric of our being in effulgent effortless flow like a hollow bone, while untruths, doubts and fears contract within us and get lodged in the body as miasms. These miasms of interrupted or suppressed thought and feeling produces the dis-ease states we feel as the inner pressure of confusion, anxiety and  fear in our lack of natural discernment of our feeling faculty. Such effects always occur when we are out of alignment with our feeling integrity…of our soul’s truth as the living God within us.

We learn what we must do to bring ourselves back into integrity. The product of our lives and what and whom we draw into it also show us. Our feelings tell us how close or far we are from our center alignment with soul/Source connection.  Loving ourselves and self care with appropriate boundaries that serve the highest & best self in us can keep us essentially close to center.  Always move towards better feeling states….when we feel fabulous we are aligned and in sync. When we feel out of sorts we have some feeling work to do to move through obstruction in order to help us get clear and make space to reach center.  The question always remains, how crappy must we feel and do we even care enough that we feel like crap to adjust our lives towards our greater potential? So we must be concerned with enough self love to not allow ourselves to feel like crap and move back toward a better feeling state that leads to alignment with Source – our great sustainer.

My motto is “ground, center & expand” to maintain a modicum of equilibrium on a daily basis. We can do this through a simple meditation that grounds us into the natural Earthen timeline by connecting us to our heart centered self, as soul essence – the nexus of our true expression. It is upon this octave of being that we seek to express while in our earth bodies. From this centering vantage point, we interface our personality with Soul and spiritual lineage to God head. We produce an alignment…a direct connection, an umbilical cord to sustenance…and we FEEL fantastic. It is from this feeling alignment that if we deviate in ordinary life through negative thought, word and action, that we feel out of sorts from our interruption with Source connection.

Grounding into the Natural Earth Timeline

Focus your energy into the Heart and breathe deeply. Know that your consciousness is anchored in your Heart. Experience that reality as a deep sense of Unconditional Love and Connection to All That Is. Feel also the deep Peace that is part of that Consciousness. Then, allow that energy to move downwards through the solar plexus, the sacral and the base chakras and down into the Earth Star Chakra, located within the Earth just beneath your feet. Feel how you are now anchoring your energy into the Earth into her inner matrix as you connect with your Earth Star Chakra. Now, let that energy move further down to connect with the Crystal Heart at the center of the Earth. Here you feel the deep and unconditional Love of the Earth Mother coming up to you, through the Earth Star Chakra and into your Heart. Hold that Love in your Heart, and know that you are deeply Loved and Nurtured by the Earth Mother, and that you are in Alignment with the Divine Will for the Earth, as expressed through the evolution of the Planet into Multi-dimensional Reality.

The glow of Love expands from your heart and enfolds you in a translucent pillar of light. Continue to move the energy up your body, through the Throat, Brow and Crown chakras, and up into the Soul Star Chakra that is located just above the head. Here, you connect with your Soul and your “I AM” presence, as it anchors into your Physical Form. Here you can also connect with your Purpose for being here now, and with your Divine Essence. Feel the Unconditional Love and Beauty of your Soul as you align with your Higher Purpose for this lifetime.

It feels wonderful and filled with brilliant and radiant light. Now, let that energy move upwards through the Dimensions of Light to your Spiritual Lineage aligning with the Great Cosmic Heart of All That Is. Here you feel the Infinite Love of the Source for All that Is. Draw that pulsating and radiant light back down into your Heart and hold it there to ground Spirit into matter. You are now aligned with Divine Will, for yourself and for the Earth. When you are in this alignment, mediating between Heaven and Earth, you will find it a simple matter to be grounded into Earths natural Timeline and to experience the energies of Peace, Calm and Abundance. Life will shift into Simplicity and Clarity as you follow the Divine Guidance or impulse that will come to you on this new Timeline of Grace and Love.

The Sacred Art of Ritual Smudging

Ritual allows us to enter sacred space with awareness to flow. There is often a point of focus at the center of a ritual in present time that helps us to reclaim our spirituality. Performing ritual is simply a tool to reawaken this aspect of our being because in it provides a signal to the body to begin physiological and energetic changes to initiate change by aiming for an altered state of consciousness conducive to self-exploration and reprogramming. The ritual of smudging can be defined as “spiritual house cleaning.” It refers to passing one self or an object through sacred smoke as a means of purification, which is an energetic process.

Shamanic smudging ritual is an age-old tribal tradition used for centuries by the native people of both North and South America, European peasants and Siberian shamans to open the doors of the soul to the spirit world. They burned certain herbs and incense as a way of gaining access to the soul and power of plants for spiritual, ceremonial, and magical use. Certain plants when burned release a high vibrational energy through the fragrance and their smoke is used as an offering to create harmony and peace, purification and healing protection of physical and spiritual bodies, banishment of negative energies and creation of sacred space. When the herbs are burned it is thought that the soul of the plant is released to aid its energies for a particular invocation. In theory, the smoke attaches itself to negative energy and acts as a conduit by taking negative energies with it as the smoke clears and releases it into another space where it is regenerated into positive energy.

Sacred Herbs used in Smudging

The plant is the teacher, the true authority on which heals or is best for magic. There are certain plants that are held in high esteem that are agreed upon in most traditions. The smoke from sacred plants and herbs traditionally used to purify are tobacco, sweetgrass, sage, and cedar. However, the types of herbs used with their many local varieties may vary as purposes overlap and change by tradition and personal preferences.

In many traditions, shamanic smudging involves a four directions ceremony or prayer, which anchors protection in a sacred circle or sends specific kinds of smoke or prayers into the four directions. Different tribes, Covens and Shamans have different smudging prayers that program the smoke to do a specific action. In general, smudging is used to purify and cleanse spiritually, call for balance and harmony, to aide in divination, invoke spirits, healing powers and to carry prayers further into the Universe.

Traditional smudge sticks are tied in a bundle for easier handling. Some herbs are used loose or braided like Sweetgrass. The bundles are usually handmade and prepared using traditional methods from the finest-quality sacred herbs which are 100% pure and grown without chemical synthetics or petroleum distillates, which is important since the smoke is inhaled by default. Smudge sticks are used for ceremonial purposes, offerings, or simply to recreate the ancient aromas for their aromatherapeutic properties.

Tobacco (ah-say-ma) No other plant is endowed with such qualities, which is why pure tobacco is used in American Indian rituals. Tobacco from cigarettes is not used for ritual use because it is adulterated, as it is filled with pesticides and chemicals that cause cancer.

SAGE can be used for general purposes. The word sage or salvia comes from the Latin word salvare, which means “To Heal.” Sage has long been used in “smudging” ceremonies to promote purification, protection, longevity, and immortality. Studies have shown that the smoke of burning sage literally changes the ionization polarity of the air. Its element is air.

~Desert Sage is one of the most sacred herbs among Native Americans used to purify the mind, body, and spirit before prayer, meditation, ritual or ceremony and to purify sacred items such as pipes, magical tools, tarot decks and eagle feathers. This sage is great to cleanse an area, the house and for aura cleansings. The scent of desert sage is somewhat sharp, light and refreshing.

~White Broadleaf Sage is excellent for meditation, divination, smudging, cleansing and purification. Broad leaf sage is considered the king of all sages. It is prized over all the sages for its strong aromatic properties.

Cedar was offered to the fire to smudge the lodge and people. Its smoke is wafted to ward away sickness.

Sweetgrass is excellent for cleansing sacred space that helps us to center ourselves and is traditionally believed to invite good spirits. Sweetgrass is a rare grass which is found growing wild in very few places. It has a sweet and light fragrance that does not last for long.

Herbs can be burned singly or in combination with each other. A second herb is used to bring in whatever influence is needed.

Pine Resin & Sage (either desert sage or white broadleaf sage) is a good combination that covers all four magical elements of air, fire, water and earth. This combination is appropriate for general use, cleansing, ceremony and ritual.

Cedar & Sage provides the perfect balance for cleansing and enlivening an atmosphere.


Common Herbs used in Smudging

Here are some general uses for the different herbs often used for smudging.

Copal Gold Resin, holy incense used by the peoples of Mesoamerica. It is traditionally used as incense in divinatory and cleansing ceremonies. The resin contains aromatic chemicals called terpenes, which make it volatile and flammable. It was used by Mayan shamans prior to ingesting mushrooms. Its elemental is primarily fire and water, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. When burned, the scent is sweet, resinous, slightly woody, mildly earthy and spicy.

Myrrh Resin was used by the ancient Egyptians in rituals of healing and passing. It is one of the ingredients they used to embalm bodies. The resin is gathered from the almost leafless Middle Eastern shrub called the Commiphora Molmol. It is useful for spirituality, meditation, happiness, release, transformation, strength, confidence and stability. Its elemental is primarily earth, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. The scent is a piney and very earthy that produces a lot of smoke when burned.

Frankincense Resin is used extensively in meditation and healing and is my very favorite. It is used in numerous religious traditions such as the Catholic Church. Its scent is believed to confer divine blessing. Its elemental is primarily fire, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. Frankincense comes from the resin of an African tree and produces a rich, dense smoke when burned.

Pinon Resin was used by Native American cultures for its spiritual and healing properties that are cleansing, strengthening and warming. It is used to refresh the senses and revive a tired soul. Its elemental is primarily fire, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. The fragrance is pleasant and meditative and when burned it produces a thick stream of smoke.

Juniper was used in ancient times for ritual purification of temples. Its smoke is believed to aid clairvoyance and stimulate contact with other worlds. It is also stimulative and therefore effective in reviving a tired body, mind or spirit. Its elemental is primarily fire, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. The scent is sharp and piney and was burned during the Plague to resist disease.

Lavender is useful for attracting peace, happiness and restful sleep. It reduces depression, grief and sorrow and aids in meditation, manifestation and divination. It is traditionally associated with fairies and elves. The element is primarily air. The scent is a refreshing and light aromatic.

Yerba Santa Leaves are used for meditation and divination. It is thought to enhance psychic abilities, magical protection, healing and spiritual strength.

Hibiscus Flowers are often used in divination and psychic communication. The flowers are excellent for rejuvenating the senses and restoring life force. The elementals are water and fire. The scent is invigorating and sharp and lasts for a long time after burning.

Rose Flowers and Petals is used for meditation, divination, increasing psychic abilities and communication, contacting powers and beings in other dimensions. Traditionally the rose is associated with attracting love, conferring peace, stimulating sexual appetites and enhancing beauty. The element is primarily water. The scent is heavy, warm and aromatic with a hint of sharpness that lasts a long time after burning.

How to Smudge

Smudging is very simple. The pointed end of the herbal smudge bundle is lit while held over a heat-proof bowl filled with a bed of sand or gravel or an abalone shell. It can take a while to get the stick really smoking, but once the bundle is ignited and smoldering, gently wand the bundle or waft the smoke around the room, object or body. If the herb is loose blow the smoke or use a feather to circulate the fragrant smoke around the room or person while invoking forces or saying a prayer for a special need. When the ritual is complete, inhale a little smoke to purify your insides. Do not asphyxiate yourself. People often feel more relaxed, lighter and brighter after smudging. By allowing the purification and cleansing properties of herbs to clear personal items, the body, or environment, the space is created for new awareness and for a new direction to take place.

~To smudge the body, stand with the legs hips distance apart and arms out at shoulder height which makes it easy to weave the wand through. Hold the smudge stick 8-10 inches from the perimeter the body. Traditionally, the heart area is first to be smudged since the heart is the corridor into the spiritual planes. Begin by fanning the swirls of smoke around the body’s aura starting at the heart and then down the front of the body to the feet. Smudge the bottom of the feet and work upward towards the back and over the head and face back to the heart. Follow the perimeter of the body and make sure both the front and back of the body is smudged. Direct the smoke and give special attention to areas of stress and imbalance in relation to the individual spirit-body. Make your invocation or prayer as you do so.

~ For the living environment start at the door and slowly walk in a clockwise direction around the perimeter of the room paying particular attention to sharp corners such as door frames, the corners and top of walls where negative energy gets stuck and any window frames.
? We can also smudge any medicine or magikal tool that will be in use such as pipe, jewelry, ceremonial outfit, etc.

~ Smudging for meditation often produces a deeper and longer-lasting state of relaxation and contemplation. For best results use a charcoal burner or inflammable receptacle or an incense stick. Light the herbs and enjoy the scent as you meditate.

When to Smudge

Smudging ourselves daily can be very helpful in keeping balance and in maintaining a peaceful state of being, especially before meditation. Specific times to smudge are when we have been around people who are ill, depressed, fearful, angry or who are generally emotionally unbalanced. Also, when we feel blue or depressed, have been under much stress or after an argument, in which case the environment should also be cleared as well as the auric field of the person.
In a group, circle, ceremony, or lodge it is a good practice to smudge each person. Traditionally we do this by starting from the East and holding the smudge stick or receptacle lit while each person bathe themselves in the smoke and follow the process described above. However, smudging has been adapted to the need through intuition. Smudging can also be used to charge energy into a room to bring positive influence. When the ritual is complete inhale a little smoke to purify your insides. Gently blow out the flame or stab it into sand, but make sure the smudge stick is out, as it has a tendency to ignite. Never leave the bundle unattended.

“Tobacco was a gift of the Four Manido (Spirits of the Four Directions). It was the father of Nanabush who gave the tobacco (ah-say-ma) and shared the custom of smoking with his son after their epic battle in war, as a symbol of peace. Nanabush in turn passed on the custom to the Anishnabe as a ceremony. Thereafter, the Anishnabe smoked the Pipe of Peace before great councils, after war, and before other ceremonies. The Anishnabe adopted the custom and made it part of their daily lives to compose their minds and spirits. It is said that it will chase away feelings that are bad or negative and bring on thoughts that are good or positive.
In the medicine wheel, which we convey as the wheel of life, there are Four Directions. When we are born, life begins in the East. The teenage years are in the South. Then mid-life is in the West. When we reach the North, we are grandmas and grandpas and nearly ready to go to the Spirit World as we have done our many deeds on Mother Earth. The journey does not end in the North because we go to the Spirit World and then the cycle continues.

We gain knowledge with our tobacco (ah-say-ma) and we grow spiritually. Our hearts feel and our spiritual eyes have to see what our Creator wants us to learn. We feel the knowledge in our soul, and we know it comes from our Creator.
