I have a secret to share. The twin flame is within you. The inner masculine to the feminine and the inner feminine to the masculine. When there is a merging of the inner male and female aspects of self…love overflows. From self-love that it invites a greater love…another…into the hearts domain. Only when self meets self, the divine union, can the magnetic fusion attract another into your life. Self-love is the foundation and antidote! Start there!

I write for all of us in pain on a daily basis whether in heart, mind, body, and Soul.
Each day we are challenged to conform ourselves to the accepted values of a changing world of dysfunction and yet, we are home and live in that dysfunction in our bodies, hearts and mind.
“Remember a day, perhaps long ago or even an instant where your heart was free, your body light and nimble, and your mind without care? Feel that moment. Embrace it, imbue it, for it is always who you are. Now merge that point of reference – the feeling memory – into you now. Feel through your entire being. Appreciate it, feel the Grace.”
In spiritual works, it has been shown and repeated that body follows mind. A succession from mind to heart to body that manifests healing through the “feeling heart of awareness.” Perhaps doing this merging process with the ailing part of you can overwrite and make you well – to bring upon a healing synthesis wherever that unrequited perfection lingers. Perchance, to initiate a miracle no matter how large or small.
I share my personal experience. In my daily asking before I got out of bed, I queried “God, what do I need to know today?” Instantly a great reverence filled me. Deep appreciation consumed my heart to tears in the awareness of the gift of my life that I uttered this statement. Each time I repeated it with a different tone only to discover a new facet of its breadth. The profundity of this simple statement has continued to change and direct my life.
“Thank you God, for Me, because of You, I AM!”
The” I AM” is the absolute upon which all rests, the foundation of all external circumstances. I AM is the spiritual identity of the Christ Mind, the indwelling Lord of Life, Love and Wisdom and the eternality of all that exists within the Divine Mind. The “I AM” in the image of GOD.
“Thank you God, for Me, because of You, I AM!” is my daily mantra for anytime and anyplace I feel alone, unappreciated, confused and in need of guidance. I share its spiritual power with you.
Speak these words in meditation or prayer. Create a space between the words to feel a vibration between them. Feel the layers of each part revealing deeper meaning. Absorb these feelings into your heart and mind. Speak this “I AM” statement aloud in different intonations until you feel a shift in energy.
“Thank you God, for Me.” Feel the appreciation for your gift in life, because of God choosing you. “Because of You, I AM.” In the, I AM, feel the gratitude of Life, the blessing and Grace over you. When you feel this and are in a heightened state of awareness say the “I AM” mantra three times followed with your desire of any subject: Health, Love, Abundance, whatever you choose that is of high vibration. Create a mental image and a new self-concept with it. Do this for 2 to 5 minutes. You will feel when to stop picturing your desires when your energy is overflowing. Do this for 21 days or until you anchor your new state of consciousness as your guiding inner directive.
Feeling Exercise:
Say the “I AM” mantra aloud three times slowly moving into deeper feeling.
“Thank you God, for Me, because of You, I AM!”

I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM receiving an extraordinary event in my life manifesting as a divine intervention. The healing miracles bestowed upon me reshape my heart, mind, body, and Soul to total perfection of my I Am Divine blueprint. I am happy, safe, healthy, and free.

I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM a renown spiritual author and teacher. I help others benefit their lives. I give this service for a wonderful pay. My life is spiritually and financially abundant. I joyfully attune to my spiritual life mission and receive abundance that sustains all of my needs.
I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM pure love attracting a divine love complimentary counterpart for romantic partnership. I feel attraction and in him everything I need to grow. I am loved, cherished, safe, and respected and we grow together each day. Love is the healing balm that surrounds and fills my life.
I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM healthy and strong. I AM perfect health. God has restored me!
My cells are regenerated. My bones, fascia, organs, lymph, endocrines, blood, and nervous system are in perfect harmony of health and well being. My entire body is healthy and energized, constantly regenerating into my divine wellness blueprint. I function in my highest and best.
I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM in right livelihood enjoying, growing, creating, and excelling in every way. My work is generous, co-operative, honest, and ethical in trade. I collaborate with others creating greater benefit to help serve people in need. I am compassionate Love in action.

I feel like autumn.
As the leaves fall, so do my pretenses.
My positionalities related to the world externa.
As I watch the butterflies flit amongst the milkweed both feeding and laying eggs for chrysalis into a new life, I am reminded that in a world of constant becoming from ectopy to entropy, the dissolutive forces of life unfold, break down and shift into something altogether new.
Nature is my great teacher as I observe Her processes interwoven into my own life. A constant cascade of happenings so subtle, so dire that these transformative forces ignite the greater passions of my Soul as I surrender unto the sheathing process that brings me closer to myself as the One that is always becoming ever alive with God! I AM!

The First time I died was so long ago, it is barely memorable in the long stream of my Soul knowing. So much overlap from multiple life experiences almost make it a blended streaming, a convolution of exacting memory.
Perhaps I should count the deaths, the losses that were mini deaths, the surrendering unto the unfolding of Almighty Grace that were in itself many deaths that would catapult me unto a new life steaming.
Upon my second Soul cycle, the lineation’s that bound me to precipitous experiences to an age of wisdom now in reign. The boundless light of the Soul is ever in progression, always reviewing and even sometimes turning back in descension or de-evolution. Such paths are ultimately the teachers in the Soul’s quest for greater experience in the horizontal life. The linear urging of the human vessel is to unite with the divine spark of its inhabitant in a most visceral level, otherwise the Soul aspiration for flesh experience goes wholly unnoticed, as the precipitous urges of the body take over the Souls desire to indwell it towards its own benefit and growth.
How many times those losses came – the endings that brought new Beginnings. The pain that brought new light of awareness. The release of a dead child from my arms, twins from my womb, from my heart. So many children, so many lives. Motherhood gives birth, but is also a death of the autonomous self to another’s dependence. The symbiosis of the entwined Soul in utero offers a special unity in the life streaming.
And from all those shared experiences at the extension of another – children, lovers, family and friends. The lovers, most poignant, as it is the lover that there is surrender, a small death at a most intimate level. The collapsing in the remembrance of the divine bliss that fills the spirit. Yet, after a while, the lovers go, too. And there is the mirror, the self facing Self.
In that ultimate recognition, of reunification, there is yet another death. A death of personhood, the small self or ego predominance in submission to the “I”. The “I” of the Soul, the real Self, the true mother, lover, friend, and guide. All of these losses and small deaths are but preparation of the Soul’s submersion into the almighty I AM.
On the path of initiation, life and death is a constant cycle of Becoming – a knowing and strange comfort in the chrysalis into something new and more beautiful than before. The awareness that Life is eternal and begins and ends, like the ebb and flow of the waters of life, the yin and yang inflow into the other, none and one at the same time.
I remember the first time I died and yet, I will again, and again and again!

Fortified By the Flame

We enter the earth plane fortified by the waters of life. Their magnetic forces imprint into our bodies a stream of beliefs carried from the past, vows and future contracts. Our minds are impressionable and conditioned by the part of the world we live in with its religious and cultural mores. Education or the lack of resources partakes in creating an external image of self. These factors and more shape our world, but none actually authenticates who we really are. Our faulty beliefs about self and the world we live are outgrown and ineffective as we dawn into a new awareness, a new world.
The tensions of inner and outer conflict are felt more than ever before as the world we once knew crumbles around us. As the Earth body reacclimatizes and the human family enters a reorganization of mind erecting new ideas, innovation and opportunity, we are each called to enter into a new heart of being. Linking the mind and the heart is the healing balm for humanity. It is the gateway to the fiery corridor in the purifactory process. A radical cleansing that none can escape. To walk through the corridor we must claim our courage. The level of our courage or resistance is directly proportional to how much we are liberated.
Friction between two opposing forces creates fire. Fire is the element of purification. When we consciously choose to no longer oppose ourselves, we forgive and surrender to the fire. First, dissolution must occur to allow for healing reorganization. As we surrender to the embers layers of our resistance burn away – we let go of attachments to our faulty beliefs that bind us in fear and pain. Once the smoke has cleared, we feel a congruency in what we think, feel, say and do. Healing reorganization aligns us into a freer, more truthful expression of self.
With a spirit of commitment, persistence, and focused action, we are encouraged to deepen, to remove yet another layer of resistance. The fires of purification rage as the primal ego demonically thrashes in a final attempt for control in dissolving the illusions of the false self. A new face emerges – exuberant, self-accepting, creative, and abundant in compassion and love. Out of this purified space, the will of the personality and the Soul desires integrate into creative union.
With freedom to cultivate, the all-consuming sacred flame burns brighter within. Fortified by the flame we initiate into the connective force of love and compassion to serve world cause via the embodiment of our Greater Self.

The Law of Spiritual Approach governs the basic impulse to push forward to create and live in a more harmonious and spiritually anchored world. In the collective urge for self-betterment those who stand in their own truth have set aside personal agendas and place the “highest and best good for the human race as a whole” in the forefront of any other focus. This means that separatist dogmas of exclusivity are replaced with spiritual insights into the underlying Laws and Principles of inclusive awareness. Inclusive awareness begins with an understanding of those Laws if we are to be successful in our intentional creations. Many are just learning to apply these laws in their daily lives, while many of us are actively utilizing the laws to cause the flow of experience to change world direction into higher vibration.
Never before has there been greater spiritual expression insofar as the pursuit of our spiritual aspirations and never so many technologies, methodologies and practices to help us awaken our intuitive faculties. Inasmuch, there are also forces that suppress our aspirations and free technologies available that could liberate us from dependence on so many levels. Such forces purposely overlay the true situation with false and distorted representations to confuse and promote fear. The ignorant, confused and frightened masses are easy to control. In fact, the sycophant banks on the masses never waking up as they provide every distraction to keep focus on the outer life and attention away from cultivating the beauty of ones inner jewel.
We can break through the ceiling and climb out of the box of limitation and discover that the true “purpose of conscious awareness is expansion of wisdom through experiencing knowledge to that higher level. The creation of conscious awareness is only possible through the expansive process of creative thought focused to magnify the originating energy source.”[1] The struggle and perseverance of World Teachers have left behind a scaffold to help us climb out of the box and expand beyond the confines of our conditioning.
For those who are awake and those awakening from transgenerational conditioning that is not based upon authentic reality, but a preconstructed reality (PATRIX) that has been imposed for thousands of years, we wonder how we can break from its spell to create a new world paradigm? For any system of control to become successful there needs to be consensus, which means that humanity has agreed to accept our current reality, good, bad or indifferent. The plan is self-perpetuated by humanity itself. Thankfully, self–aware consciousness is not powerless. Realities can change when there is understanding of how Universal Law operates. However, such a directional change towards higher values inevitably entails a period of chaos within the established current. This is the real challenge inasmuch that it is innate to walk the path of least resistance—to accept the status quo even when the status quo does not serve freedom. Yet, in order to change the momentum there must be a 180-degree focal shift in order to divert the current direction of usurpation—that is the completion of the plan for enslavement. Wherever we are at within the evolutionary impulse of life, it moves forward waiting for no one or thing. So, we either wake up or we ALL suffer the consequences of our self-denial.
With so many stages of consciousness, how can we come into agreement as how to change the current world direction? There needs to be no formal agreement. All that is necessary is a desire to change/end the existing paradigm. If in fact we ALL came into united agreement (focus) the collective vibration would be high enough to disintegrate the current experience. We have work to do.
There are four vital principles to guide our way:
The Laws are immutable and follow the path of least resistance. Abide in its rhythm for harmony and accordance with the greater spiritual realties of our planetary inheritance.

WE THE PEOPLE
A Collective Energy Field

From the heart of creation emanates a holographic force field that underlies the fabric of existence in its many dimensions. It connects all life that has ever been, is, and of the future and is the pathway back to Source. This force is so great and will always prevail over the seeming—the circumstances that we perceive as suffering, devastation, and war that is a thread in the divisive seam of time, an occurring part in the whole system of creation that we call reality.
The glue that holds this One Life together is LOVE. Love is the Master Grid that ensures the appropriate distribution of life-force energy that provides the templates needed for material creation, and is the physicalized expression of the sacred code of creation itself. Love is the blueprint of consciousness expressed in harmonic form. The Love principle is an example of feminine spiritual heart energy or compassion held within and completely embodied in the physicality and lived as that light essence.
Each of us has a force field around us—a personal grid that connects us to the Unity Grid, the Earth Grid and the Mass Consciousness Grid. Tapping into a particular grid will reveal its particular expression and myriad emanations.
The current mass consciousness grid or template misuses spiritual masculine force in the expression of life energy. Resonating within this collective energy field is how we have a shared experience on the planet. There is no wonder that its lower vibration provides the channel way to spread divisiveness through fear, pain, stagnation, war, poverty, hunger, disease and victimhood.
There are myriad belief structures or programs that are not necessarily true or provide the “only” alternative to the way life must be. We all have the same potential within us to live our higher Self—to embody a new awareness. To be fully aware in the body as indwelling souls that operates at a higher reality of ideals rather than standards. Embodying the awareness, this knowing as that, is the journey of our existence. The biggest illusion that we must disengage from —to make the break from the mass conscious survivalist grid to the Master Grid of Unity Consciousness —is the illusion of separation. We are all divinely interconnected.
Since we each are connected to the Master Grid we, too can live as an expression of the sublime. We can choose which field of expression to live, move and have our being. Ultimate reality states that we are Love.

All of Life is in Polarity

All of life is in polarity-that is, in relationship to its opposite or polar energy and our level of connectivity in relation to it. For instance, our relationship in opposition to the social structures set into place. The disconnection or division comes from having to labor our living at the expense of our creative soul urge. Life demands that we work and pay taxes for our keep and yet this causes a drain on our life force creating exhaustion, dis-ease and aberrations. The balance, of course, between the two polarities would be to find right livelihood…in so many terms, to “Live our Bliss.”
The second opposition that we struggle with is our relationship to our environment. With the first opposition in concretization, there is little time for connection with nature outside office buildings. In cars, we come and go to the workplace, the mall, grocery stores and so on. We pass by what is left of nature around us. We are disconnected because there is no real connection to the environment. This lack of connectivity to nature causes us to disengage from vital life preserving forces that through connection would align us by default to the greater rhythm of our planetary body and the Kosmic circuit in which it resides. Harmonizing with nature whether by walking through a park, gardening, or even honoring the moons monthly cycles puts us in touch with the greater rhythm that has become so elusive in our busy lives.
The polarity continues as we move within because what we see that is not right in society is actually a reflection of the collective mindset in a particular area. This points us in the direction of looking at that which is not right within us. Inner conflict runs between extremes. On one end of the polarity spectrum there is total withdrawal expressed as narcissism in the personality complex. The narcissistic defense mechanism is one that detaches emotions from intimate forms of connectivity with a need to control life, people and circumstances. Functioning from the head, the focus is most often on material gain or position while the emotions are withdrawn from the needs of self and others. Sensitivity and inner sight of the authentic nature is lost and life is superficial and myopic. However, for every control freak there is a counterpart to play out the role of victimhood or supplicant. This is best expressed in the co-dependent and addictive mindset whose intense emotional grasping to things, people and circumstances causes them to lose sight of their deepest needs and desires as a human being. Again with the focus powered onto the object of ones attention-things, people, drugs and alcohol, money and gambling, clothes and glamour, thoughts, and so on, the fulfillment of the immediate need causes the mind to skim only the surface of self, others and life. Both expressions, one overly mental and one emotional, produce disjointed human beings. When time is not taken to examine what is right and not right within us, we live miserable, lonely and loveless lives. Passion for life’s gifts, mysteries or energy to investigate them is lost, as life energy is disconnected from the Kosmos, nature and self…and slowly the spirit within is asphyxiated from lack of connection to the wellspring of life. The spirit within is the nexus of our existence – it is the force that animates our body, the Promethian Spark that gives life and substance to an otherwise lifeless body.
The next polarity and perhaps the most vital, as it moves to the very core of our existence is between the human being in relation to spirit – the polarity between resistance to living our inner light and fully embracing our divinity. The question is “Who are you in relationship to this borrowed body whose name you call yourself?” “Are you the body or the dweller within the body?” This apparent disconnection to the source of our being is the very peril that binds us from liberation. Our mental constraints take the lead setting parameters when the soul is timeless and without human boundary. The soul’s limitless space reflects the potential of our human capacity. Our connection to the source of our divinity is the stuff that all of life is made. In this space or void, the boundaryless fairway of existence is the opposite spectrum of our human struggle – the brain that divides, bifurcates, separates and sections off with an attachment to ways of perceiving and living. Finally, the polarity of the soul in relation to Spirit – between the souls urge to immerse back into Sources spiraling well of energy as One Life or attachment to the souls sheath.
In all these levels of connectivity and separateness are layers and layers of differentiation between them. The balance point always meets at the neutral middle – the center path of heart where there is acceptance in the reflection of the other. It is the point of light within us that is wise, creative, joyful and loving. This sacred point of light that is the true self within is the initiator between extremes, the conjoiner of opposites – the multitude of polarities that exists on this plane. When we arise from the heart of neutrality, the true center of reality we act as the center point between Heaven and Earth.
