When I look into the mirror, I meet my eyes and look deeply into the pools of inner knowing, past the lines of time etched in my skin.

For an instant, I feel the shame of a mystic that recognizes Soul imperfection in comparison with the Universe it penetrates. I speak out in question, “Have I done enough in my incarnated Soul mission?”

Then I watch my face contort and tears streams down my cheeks. Instantly a wise gentle inner voice assuages and says, “I’ve only just begun. Now I have wisdom, life experience born into wisdom.”

The Path of Wisdom earns favor with God.

Those who gain wisdom are compared to a tree firmly planted, that yields fruit in abundance in due season, whose leaves do not wither; whatever they do prospers (Ps. 1:3).

Manifesting Miracles in the I AM Presence

I write for all of us in pain on a daily basis whether in heart, mind, body, and Soul.

Each day we are challenged to conform ourselves to the accepted values of a changing world of dysfunction and yet, we are home and live in that dysfunction in our bodies, hearts and mind.

“Remember a day, perhaps long ago or even an instant where your heart was free, your body light and nimble, and your mind without care? Feel that moment. Embrace it, imbue it, for it is always who you are. Now merge that point of reference – the feeling memory – into you now. Feel through your entire being. Appreciate it, feel the Grace.”

In spiritual works, it has been shown and repeated that body follows mind. A succession from mind to heart to body that manifests healing through the “feeling heart of awareness.” Perhaps doing this merging process with the ailing part of you can overwrite and make you well – to bring upon a healing synthesis wherever that unrequited perfection lingers. Perchance, to initiate a miracle no matter how large or small.

I share my personal experience. In my daily asking before I got out of bed, I queried “God, what do I need to know today?” Instantly a great reverence filled me. Deep appreciation consumed my heart to tears in the awareness of the gift of my life that I uttered this statement. Each time I repeated it with a different tone only to discover a new facet of its breadth. The profundity of this simple statement has continued to change and direct my life.

“Thank you God, for Me, because of You, I AM!”

The” I AM” is the absolute upon which all rests, the foundation of all external circumstances. I AM is the spiritual identity of the Christ Mind, the indwelling Lord of Life, Love and Wisdom and the eternality of all that exists within the Divine Mind. The “I AM” in the image of GOD.

“Thank you God, for Me, because of You, I AM!” is my daily mantra for anytime and anyplace I feel alone, unappreciated, confused and in need of guidance. I share its spiritual power with you.

Speak these words in meditation or prayer. Create a space between the words to feel a vibration between them. Feel the layers of each part revealing deeper meaning. Absorb these feelings into your heart and mind. Speak this “I AM” statement aloud in different intonations until you feel a shift in energy.

“Thank you God, for Me.” Feel the appreciation for your gift in life, because of God choosing you. “Because of You, I AM.” In the, I AM, feel the gratitude of Life, the blessing and Grace over you. When you feel this and are in a heightened state of awareness say the “I AM” mantra three times followed with your desire of any subject: Health, Love, Abundance, whatever you choose that is of high vibration. Create a mental image and a new self-concept with it. Do this for 2 to 5 minutes. You will feel when to stop picturing your desires when your energy is overflowing. Do this for 21 days or until you anchor your new state of consciousness as your guiding inner directive.

Feeling Exercise:

Say the “I AM” mantra aloud three times slowly moving into deeper feeling.

“Thank you God, for Me, because of You, I AM!”

I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM receiving an extraordinary event in my life manifesting as a divine intervention. The healing miracles bestowed upon me reshape my heart, mind, body, and Soul to total perfection of my I Am Divine blueprint. I am happy, safe, healthy, and free.

Other Examples of Desire Subjects:

I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM a renown spiritual author and teacher. I help others benefit their lives. I give this service for a wonderful pay. My life is spiritually and financially abundant. I joyfully attune to my spiritual life mission and receive abundance that sustains all of my needs.

I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM pure love attracting a divine love complimentary counterpart for romantic partnership. I feel attraction and in him everything I need to grow. I am loved, cherished, safe, and respected and we grow together each day. Love is the healing balm that surrounds and fills my life.

I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM healthy and strong. I AM perfect health. God has restored me!
My cells are regenerated. My bones, fascia, organs, lymph, endocrines, blood, and nervous system are in perfect harmony of health and well being. My entire body is healthy and energized, constantly regenerating into my divine wellness blueprint. I function in my highest and best.

I AM, I AM, I AM … I AM in right livelihood enjoying, growing, creating, and excelling in every way. My work is generous, co-operative, honest, and ethical in trade. I collaborate with others creating greater benefit to help serve people in need. I am compassionate Love in action.

I Feel Like Autumn

I feel like autumn.
As the leaves fall, so do my pretenses.
My positionalities related to the world externa.
As I watch the butterflies flit amongst the milkweed both feeding and laying eggs for chrysalis into a new life, I am reminded that in a world of constant becoming from ectopy to entropy, the dissolutive forces of life unfold, break down and shift into something altogether new.

Nature is my great teacher as I observe Her processes interwoven into my own life. A constant cascade of happenings so subtle, so dire that these transformative forces ignite the greater passions of my Soul as I surrender unto the sheathing process that brings me closer to myself as the One that is always becoming ever alive with God! I AM!

Permanently extending Valentines Day over the rest of our lives could transform us and furthermore, extend our love on a wider scale of Goodwill towards all sentient life that could certainly transform the world!

Let everyday be an expression of your love and gratitude for your loved ones and essential kindness towards others. There is no need to wait for the annual reminder of Valentine’s Day to authentically share your heart. Presents are a delightful way to enter the doorway of surprise, but remember it’s not really about buying cards, chocolate and gifts or spending money that is wiser spent elsewhere. It is rather time well spent with the one you love intimately bringing you closer together, in body, heart and Soul.

When you love you should not say, “God is in my heart,” but rather, “I am in the heart of God.”

Awakening to a New Earth Starts with Ourselves

There are many things that cause my essence to leap out in passionate expression. Such fundamentals are found in a beautiful environment bestowed through Nature & by the human hand-societies cultural artifacts; loving relations cultivated through the heart of compassion, which fosters goodwill toward all; and service to humanity, governed in Truth by the laws of Spirit-the pervading One Life that connects everything together even when it appears disconnected and chaotic on the outside.

The cultivation and preservation of these primary fundamentals rely on the foundation of Free Will in order to take root and flower in expression. Imagine Free Will as the soil upon which humanity lives, moves and has its being. But, what exactly does Free Will mean? In humans, it is the power or capacity to choose among alternatives or to act in certain situations independently of natural, social, or divine restraints. Without such a principle, our creative imagination would have no natural channel for manifestation and authentic communication. Communication is our most essential right. Without the freedom to communicate, other rights deteriorate cracking the foundation upon which all else is built.

When our capacity to freely communicate is muffled, our 1st amendment is threatened and walls are erected in order to block channels of communication. When there is a need to block, coerce, destabilize, confuse, divide, manipulate, distort and control there is always an insidious agenda of force that attempts to hide something…pulling a veil over the eyes of humanity…to seal the truth from those who have ears, eyes, can speak and think abstractly that is the bigger picture. Illusion is an obscured sense of reality.

Please note that it is impossible to govern the law of one’s own being if one is not aware of what is going on around them politically. The political arena deeply affects our lives as it sets the stage for what is permissible socially, economically, environmentally and even personally. When people choose not to admit to things that are apparent or even acknowledge the subtleties of intuition that cause them to think twice, that often discarded for failure to believe such things could actually occur…there is a need to break free from the illusory trappings of our cultural conditioning and patriarchal template that is presently functioning in the extreme. When we do not choose and instead fence sit, by default, we align with the forces that seek to control, manipulate, and destroy life. We lose our voice, our capacity to communicate freely and most importantly, we surrender our Free Will.

We live in an era in time where we are confronted with what we consider a greater sense of freedom than most, but now as a populace rising to awareness we discover that our freedoms in all areas of life are truly being usurped and threatened. As this occurs, we hear many stories about goodly forces that are to rise against the dark forces of invasion to save the human species without our need for action or some claim miraculous intervention by just waiting and praying. Brothers & Sisters, WE ARE THOSE PEOPLE that we read and hear about, WE ARE THE MIRACULOUS…THE GOODLY FORCES & SAVIOURS when each of us enters our heart into guidance of action in alignment with the greater Spiritual Will that is ALWAYS Life Affirming! Naturally when we enter a crisis in perspective we must be careful not to respond reflexively…we must move beyond our mammalian–programming which contains a pair of primal routines: fight & flight; dominance & submission; hunter & prey; victim-perpetrator, and so on. Perhaps we must think more and reflect with intensity, honesty, and emotional courage – to walk the labyrinth of our psyches to gain a kind of “mountain-top” perspective necessary to keep the human biography alive.

The higher road is for each of us to claim our courage with an assertiveness that is always necessary as is boundary setting and boundary defending. In some part of our lives, we must decry, “Enough!” This claiming does call for great intestinal fortitude, but outside events often are forced upon us slowly until we recognize the necessity of claiming our legitimate needs that we exercise the power of our Wills. This evolution of the Self is often an undertaking of a Herculean effort. Those who respond weakly generally experience some sort of victimization, are exploited, abused, get depressed or into accidents.

Ponder this statement closely in relation to the archetype of the Spiritual Warrior: “There may be violence, but no love of violence. There is skill with the sword, but no love for the sword.”

Let us awaken & join together in cohesive action to preserve the good, the beautiful and the True, both human and planetary life.

Creative Authentic Living

We were created as manifestors with a natural gift of being able to create, to broadcast our inner light as an emanation of Source creation through our physical bodies and through Earth. Our thoughts are things and we create from that thought-desire, we name, claim and attach through image definitions that construct our personal realities, but when we let our imagination flow unbounded we create anew each moment and see what is real. Life moves in synchronous interplay. Imagination is the key to creation and feeling is the seed that colors all perceptual space.

Creative authentic living, focus and presence, brings into awareness the artificiality of our modern world, its simulations of what is natural and our participation through the roles we play in those realities. Habituation, replication, or routine activities always produce insensitivity in the repetitive mind numbing responses that are both thoughtless and sloppy creations. Such an uncreative life devoid of wisdom and passion is anti-humanity.

Manufactured boundaries and their low ceiling potentials affect our perceptual filters and we attach to belief systems that prevent the discovery of our authentic creative potentials. There is an acute need to break through these illusions and open to co-creative flow.

The life currents emanating from the galactic center onto Earth is to circulate sentient energies throughout nature. The human system conducts Divine Light and yet, how many of us have our first metaphysical eye focused on assimilating these resonant evolutionary currents into our cellular level? Instead, these spiritual energies are diverted from the heart of humanity and focused toward survival. Reality becomes a rat race and as the world cog slowly turns and we toil to put a roof over our heads, to eat, to raise a family, day in and day out, in habituation our imaginal body is starved from its creative capacity producing a sterile existence.

Ahhh! and then the pleasures of entertainment with its virtual reality, simulation over actual participation. Twisted pleasures are sought out to certain levels of abuse or others are abused in the process as a way to unleash from routine existence. The activity of seeking outside the self for answers keeps the focus on the surface of things, to the world of appearances…the artificial lights of the construct. This fake “all that glitters is not gold” deadens the Spirit. Faking life through an artificial existence insulates and suffocates the life force into depression – asphyxiating the human Spirit into automaton.

The natural self, deprived from forming organic biological relationships is a tragedy of a life unfulfilled as the “disconnect” has an unraveling effect into our devolution – miscreating something humanity has never before been.

Connection with all life forms expands who we are in our integral relationship with Earth sentience. Such interrelationship and stewardship is not only necessary for our survival as a species, but for the capacity of our Souls to unburden through our life experiences. The more relationships we have in life, the more interfacing with other life realities that enables our capacity to increase our wisdom. It is only through relationship with “essence” that we attain knowledge and dwell upon guiding wisdom.

The bottom line questions to entertain are, “Do we allow our creative life affirming focus to be redirected to a replication of reality and escape through the pleasure principle? Do we follow the leader of mediocrity and submit to a lower vibrational existence in order to safely participate in the dysfunctional social norm? Or do we allow the conscious flow of life energies to enter us with unbounded desire inspiring an outpouring of action that follows the heart of our elevated Self?” Following our hearts bliss without a directive script imposed by others is to focus on the NOW of our Souls evolution.

Getting out of the rut of day-to-day living and venturing into the unknown of our inner creativity requires boldness, which usually sets off the emotional alarms when our inspiration has ventured beyond the matrix-mind hive parameters. When we carry out our inspirations, we have succeeded by some measure by breaching the ceiling of mediocrity that conditions us to feel fear, anxiety, and insecurity so that we do not partake in our unique creative expressions. Our skill at being able to nourish ourselves and give permission to grow without others directive script of how to live life and our willingness to make mistakes and learn from them, will give us the courage to break out of self imposed limitations in spite of our fear. In other words, feel the fear and do it anyway! Courage is born out of passion.

When we feel the fire of passion within the heart kindling an unrequited longing of yesteryear, we let it rise and spill out in spontaneous joyful expression. This process gives us a great deal of joy. We are of Divine emanation, each of us carrying a cadence of truth that the world needs. When we stand in our passion, we flow with All That Is and assimilate the encodements embedded in the Life Currents. We are able to share our piece of Truth and radiate it to the world. We feel empathically — sensually in our whole being—Alive! Imagine how the world would change if everyone lived their passion, their deepest dream, and harnessed that abundant creative flow within as a unique opportunity for their Light to shine?

The world story of humanity is unfolding and the life of the soul is blossoming in participation with our divine inheritance.

“The experience of my link-up with the greater planetary forces was seen as a bolt of light that pierced my crown that moved down the center of my body and out into the Earth body connecting to other planetary bodies like a constellation in the bridging of timelines, “connectors” like the tinker toys of my youth. This direct experience linked my awareness to greater Kosmic realities. To better understand mass consciousness grids let’s start from the beginning. We each were born into human consciousness on this planet entering a preconstructed paradigm (Patrix) in a particular era in time. We attached to grid of mass consciousness by default and its common belief structure (matrix) without question and act from it as truth. There are myriad belief structures or programs, but it does not mean that they are true or that they are the only alternative to the way things are. We all have the same potential within us to live our higher Self—to embody a new awareness. To be fully aware in the body as indwelling Souls that operates at a higher reality of ideals rather than standards. Embodying the awareness, this knowing as that, is the journey of our existence.

The biggest illusion that we need to disengage from – to make the break from the mass conscious survivalist grid to the Heart Grid of Christed consciousness – is the illusion of separation. Death in reality does not exist, but rather is a continual stream of consciousness presented as a different dimensional expression. If we move into a higher state, we recognize that the physical body is what we exist in and that we are not the body. With there being a continual stream of consciousness there is also no separation, as time is also an illusion. Both are manufactured ideas. There is only the now, no past or present only the ever-present power of NOW that merges into unity the 12 dimensional time lines upon which our incarnational body links. There are many programs of false realties that cause us to think divisively. Separation does not exist, only in the dualistic conflicted mind. All of life, every organism, is interconnected on this planet with a grid supporting that life form’s existence to maintain self-organization. Ultimate reality is unified, and we are all part of the One Life.

Essential to know about the mass consciousness grid is that it seeks to de-spirit humanity, to disempower us from connecting with the authentic Self. Rather to identify with the ego structure and the five senses that machinates the physical body. This programming theme of divisiveness courses through all the veins of culture. We are indoctrinated into it, but there is a way out and the only way out is through and upliftment.

Earth’s Organic Grid Network ~ Opening the Hearts Portal

The heart is ever the corridor for conscious living and with sincere discipline, and a practical and attainable level of personal refinement, vibrations rise and begin to operate within the Earthen reality. In this irreverable Beauty our bodies shows us that we can no longer function well or tolerate the limiting lower vibrational energies of the technosphere. Choose to short circuit the programs and disconnect from the mass consciousness grid.

We know that a closed heart chakra blocks the portal through which the Divine Love of the Feminine face of God 528 frequency enters the Earth and causes the feminine aspect of our Divinity, the germinating power, to withdraw. We also know that a closed heart consumes the love of the consensus. So, how do we open to a heart that loves from one that fears?

A trinity of personal commitments lends internal support. A commitment to the higher qualities of being such as integrity, impeccability, self-responsibility, and honest self-observation. Mindfulness to remain active and aware shows us where we are out of alignment with ourselves—where we are disconnected with Nature realities. The practice of observing habits, patterns, and choices is essential to our Soul evolution. We must clearly see ourselves and our level of responsibility, integrity, and impeccability in order for our individual unfoldment process to unfurl. The journey is lone. No one can do it for us, but we can do it alone together. 😉

As we empty ourselves from emotional baggage and limiting beliefs, we increase more space with the Presence of Flow. Yet in that space we anchor our energies bit by bit so that our feeling nature can handle it, as we begin to operate in the world from the integral place of Communion Consciousness.

The Organic Grid Network holds the memory of cosmic interconnectedness, thus stimulating self-actualization for those who attune to Her streaming. There exists a reminder of our true nature and encourages us to commune with the Living Presence. Living in alignment with sine wave of the Organic Grid Network keeps us connected to our origins and stimulates us to evolve forward into reunification with the One Life.

When our personality is not in alignment with or moves against our Higher Self or Soul, our existence essentially acts out against the interests of greater Unity. While we seem to persist in the illusion of being separate our Soul is actually linked to the Great Kosmic energy field. When we disengage from Sources’ Kosmic energy field there is a loss in the fill of life energy. Loss of vital energy causes disruptions that produce a myriad of conditions (congestion, friction, distortion and disharmony) first noticed in the subtle body, the non-material form of thoughts and intuition. Thoughts are impregnated with doubt and fear producing negative soul states and moods that eventually progresses to the material level manifesting in the form body precipitating dis-ease. If the distortion of energy remains charged, the tension produced in the subtle body creates a necessary conflict that is reflected in the physical body yielding its own specific malady. For instance, when there is chronic inflammation of a joint that creates the body’s imbalance, the conflict does not allow it to heal. Until the conflict is resolved the joint will always be inflamed which eventually moves into more serious forms of degeneration.

It is essential to realize that every ailment or dis-ease informs us of our resistances that produce our imbalances. Dis-ease provides a focal point for discovering all the negative energies we have cultivated and how they have become displaced within our lives. The repetition of our negative experiences is nature’s way of bringing us back into reflection of total balance. However, when we fail to see the nature of dis-ease it is not possible to get rid of the negative aspects that have created it. In our healing process towards wholeness our lessons are learned through the experience of our bodies. A dis-ease healed naturally leaves a person stronger. When we use the natural processes of healing we come to recognize and understand our fundamental weaknesses by replacing them with true strength.

The highest forms of ancient healing made no attempt to cure dis-ease than to seek the cause of dis-ease. The intention was to sustain an individual through the use of mild foods, herbs and spiritual disciplines in a way of purification. Any attempt to offer a remedy that would stop the natural process from occurring was considered an interference with the integrity of the individual’s own self-generated healing process through the body-mind-spirit complex. In this manner allopathic medicine more often interferes with the natural processes of recovery by introducing inert complexes of chemical medication to a body that is restored and sustained by force or life energy. It is in this way that the body is chemically manipulated and the symptoms of illness suppressed or the diseased parts surgically removed. This ideology masks-not heals the fundamental physiological imbalance that treats the symptoms of diseased life energy rather than the inherent cause of it.

This material mechanistic viewpoint clings to the notion that the mind is a physical function of the human body and is separate from its parts. It assumes too often that long-term or lifestyle practices that are unable to be measured or duplicated in a short-term laboratory study hold little significance to an ailing body and bifurcated spirit. Under this paradigm, the most vital connections to the causation’s of dis-ease are dismissed. This makes the fragmented mind-body vehicle very difficult to achieve liberation. However, to correct imbalances at source four levels need to be addressed: body, breath, mind and spirit. To do this we start on the external level because this is what we see and move inward where all disorder originates on a cellular level. All five senses are used to harness the body’s intelligence. Mindfulness dissolves the perception of separateness as the healing intelligence of Universal Mind is engaged.

How about this perspective for a pattern of living?

God, Source, Creator, Universal Mind, or whatever name you perceive your God…is within All because Spirit is the essential principle contained in all things imbued with love, intelligence, and Wisdom. From this stream of the One Life, the spiritual triad is formed, the Father-God, Son/Sun-Soul and the Holy Ghost-Spirit. Here the human being has a method for transformation that requires an awareness of free will and an engagement of the mind. Christ is humanities living example of transformation, transfiguration, and transmutation. Within each of us is the seed, the Universal Christ Pattern, or potential for Christ Consciousness, which is an activated heart centered reality of increasing levels of integration from the “I” perspective (transformation) to engagement with the “We” (transfiguration) to still more inclusive values of “Us” (transmutation). One Love!!!

This blueprint awakens unity consciousness, which is to align the Soul under free will with the higher Will of Source for humanities ascent to the power of good over evil in the material world. Remember that God is the One Life and that all of life is an expression of the ONE GOD, including the shadows of humanity that is labeled sin or evil.

What is called sin or evil, is a divergence from the stream of unity consciousness… movement askew of our potential from the pattern that has been set before us. The forces of rebellion in the unseen forces (astral realm) have been called Satan, the devil, evil, sin, the serpent, Lucifer, The Demiurge, Archon, intrapsychic predators, vampires, ET’s, etc…yet, they are all one in rebellion with Spirit when they move against the Life Urge of Christic initiation with the Living Waters of Wisdom.

Any mind activity that rebels against the influences of good, compassion and care and aligns with influences that distract, distort, rebel, or misalign with the One Source through the pull of material influences, it bifurcates consciousness into parts missing the Living Spiritual markers producing self-amnesia in the striving of higher ideals and values. Spiritual ideals help us to change and grow because they give us something to envision, to strive for. It is what arises spontaneously from the Soul…intuition unfolding revealing and affirming what calls to us from our depths. Authentic transformation is always guided by Core values/ideals or revelation for it to occur, as it is a primary principle for integration. With integration, there is “distinction” between personality-ego and individuality-Soul. Meditation is a means to move inward. Dreams lend insight & guidance.

To sum it up…Evil is a rebellion, an unbalance, of extremes (fundamentalism is an extreme): It is a lack of awareness/ignorance; rebellion & willfulness; aggression & invasion. The so many patterns of the ego that continually miss the mark, divert or misalign with the undivided stream of the One Life.

You may ask yourself what interrupts or diverts you? What interferes with the pursuit of your ideals? Most likely, your authentic answers will knock you off your high horse revealing within yourself, the sin of judgment. But, don’t worry, I am not judging you, because you too, are an expression of God head…perhaps having missed the mark in the extreme.
