Efficient Use
Governing the Law of our Own Being towards Self-Sustainability

It is not the amount of money we earn that brings peace of mind, rather it is having enough to create the things we need and deisre. IF WE FIND WAYS TO LIVE TOGETHER IN AN ATMOSPHERE OF PEACEFUL NURTURING SUPPORT…much can be accomplished to further the development of the heart consciousness of humanity into “efficient use” for creative individual and community living. All we need is an openness of heart and a willing attitude to share our gifts with others and in no time, abundance and wellbeing fills our lives in all ways grateful.

Gratifude guides the flow of the gift. Living in the gift is the Spiritual Law of Reciprocity in action – giving instead of exchanging. Giving is a nurturing value expressed through the The Gift Paradigm that has the advantage of restoring mothering to its rightful place in the constitution of the human. With nurturing as the center of care there is efficient use of energy mimicking the ways of Nature. We all win!

With an openness of self-sufficiency, an attitude of self-care and love for Nature to live sustainably, we begin to create new stories in context of the connected self. Our relationships change as we connect and come to love and respect the earth. We relate in a new way and perhaps connect our own evolution with that of the plant kingdom, of Nature. We begin to work in alignment with nature and create food forests(Permaculture) or convert areas of lawn to grow a sustainable food supply and plant fruit trees that are the most nutritionally dense super foods. We may grow what we can in pots on our patios or along a sunny window because we find no other worthy nutrition other than growing our own food or eating locally organically grown produce. Joining a food co-op or organic produce buying club or even renting out a small plot in an urban farm opens us up to further options to health freedom and food sovereignty.

So, this whole idea of “efficient use” is not only about outer organization, but takes inner organization that relates to a series of inner alignments in the letting go of scarcity. Scarcity breeds greed as an artifact of an old ideology. The old story of artificially induced competitions becomes a new story created through a connectedness and uniqueness of life-affirming values and of building new relationships through cooperation and collaboration.

Perhaps some of us are more aligned along this inner pathway than others and already apply the “efficient use” attitude of living. No matter, wherever we are, we start where we are and move forward.

When we assess our lives what becomes evident is that we must first learn how to govern the law of our own being. That is to be self sufficient in our use of energy, both internally and externally. To be mindful of things repetitive – that are done out of habituation rather than act in spontaneity of need. Such habituations or the rote bleeds energy because there is no generation from imagination and creativity. Abandon unnecessary energy depleting actions along with the emotional correlate and mindfully refocus energy for healing re-alignment!

Abandon the robotic, mechanical, rote response of the reactional mind. The body is on cruise control and yet, the mind is not connected to its actions. This functioning on automatic causes a split or bifurcation between the physical and mental responses of being. Bifurcation can happen on any level where there is incongruency between what we think, feel, say and do. Self connectnedness is lacking. Alignment is always needed where there is a loss of energy. Loss of energy is produced when personal fields fail to connect and make an alignment with the higher stream of universal wellbeing that is all Nurturing. When there is vibrational singularity, phase conjugation or communion (they all mean the same thing) connection is produced. If there is no meeting ground, a bridging process needs to be developed. The area of weakness or where there is less strength, is deficient in, is what needs to be developed. That’s an inner bridging process. Actions must produce congruency.

There are many layers to the old story paradigm, so fine tuning our behaviors and choosing what we allow into our consciousness endows us with the creative capacity to formulate our own dreams. When our emotional charges have subsided into neutrality we see the lesson in the experience with clarity. This gives us wisdom. The cultivation of wisdom is born by lifting the feelings of emotional charge from the belly to the heart center for intuitive union. We move into a higher way of seeing, living, moving, being, of loving. This requires focused attention-intention to produce a desired response. As we heal, our effectiveness grows and the beauty of our vision increases and opportunities manifest.

In what we think, feel, say and do there is a sense of unity, of congruency. Yet, boundaries need affirmation from time to time to assure balance. What we say is important. It is our vibrational code broadcasted to the world of our essential integrity. The integrity of our word, of our word in action holds great merit and attracts to us beneficent forces. Grace.

Congruency with self depends on whether word and action is in alignment with what we say and do. When out of phase, we release the contraction of contradictions and match up our words with action in order to self initiate. This self initiating action is cultivated by the attitude of gratitude and a willingness to cooperate with the life flow in making our visions the future now.

From the wisdom of our experiences we have developed a strong sense of Self. We are learning to govern the law of our own being in cooperation with various life streams. We understand the ego structure that innately seeks to dominate all things. Like the Scorpion using its sting as the final blow, here too, wisdom reveals the final blow as to purification of the ego from its clinging. We emotionally purify to the dominance of the heart. The intuitive heart is our focal point of all our responses in thought, feeling, word and action.

Our stream of focus is to live in alignment with Source energy. We can feel how close or far away we are. Our feelings are our barometer for our wellbeing. The stream of wellbeing is the core for our movement either towards or away from it. The closer we are in alignment to the stream of wellbeing, the better we feel and the better we treat others and respect life. The farther out of alignment we are, is the distance between Self and Source and we suffer. Our suffering readily shows up in our environment.

Holding an attitude of gratitude cultivates wellbeing as we move about the day. By focusing our mental stream on feelings of gratitude we draw to us magnetic energy that builds in power. As we potentate energy inside us we radiate feelings of wellbeing to the world. Inspiration fills the breath circulating throughout the cellular body ensouling our awareness. No longer on the threshold, we birth the authentic Self. A new evolution of psychic existence has been reached that lives the gift and trusts in the the universe to gift us.

Expanded consciousness hard won, we nurture and protect the invisible lattice of luminiferous etheric energies that pulse through us and all life. This light bearing ether forms the lattice of wellbeing around the sphere of the heart. Its electric life force flows along the energy pathways of the body and interfaces with all living matter.

We feel the Oneness in the matrice of life’s creation and seek to unify in this field of ‘efficient use” of life energy as mirrored in Nature. Upon observation we recognize that Nature uses only what it needs and always recycles what is not necessary back into fecundity for future use. Nature is always becoming. She is the great mirror for efficiency in our own actions of self-sustainability. With reverence we take her wisdom from the beginning of her creation and begin to apply it in every area of our lives.

The generative Earth force that vitalizes our own body also enlivens within us the seeds of creation. Like the seeds of the plant kingdom, everything begins as a seed – a seed thought, a seed feeling, a seed response. As we interface our consciousness with the seeds of the food we grow, herbs, trees, flowers, water and even extended to the care of the animal kingdom, we create a feedback loop of wellbeing.

Resonant force transmits to food and takes in the orgone force of wellbeing and produces for us its Super alter. This super food endows us with wellbeing, clarity and a state of grace. So when we grow our own food & herbs to make medicine & make our own teas, we absorb this psychic energy and enliven every facet of our being by assimilation through resonance.

With wellbeing as the underlying psychic force, Grace assists us to become wholly self-directed in governing the law of our own being.

AMAZING GRACE By Alisa Battaglia
“My grace is sufficient for thee; for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” ~Christ (II Corinthians 12.9)

Grace is something we receive directly from Spirit that acts mystically in our soul. It is a gift of blessed influence that transforms our whole being at the most radical level. God is Gracious and we are constantly in the sphere of his/her eternal disposition. Grace is always available to us, but we do not always appropriate it.

I remember the day one late afternoon thinking about my life while jogging. My spirit was at low ebb. I was vividly aware of my weaknesses and wanted to change my life, but needed help by a power much larger than myself. I cried from sheer determination and willingness while invoking Spirits help from the core of my being. I surrendered my personal will and then I felt a sudden quickening of consciousness, a heightening of self awareness and sense of participation with the Universe—a Union with God. The sluice gates of my Soul opened and Grace amazingly poured in overwhelming me with beneficent power. I was made whole when the humble Grace of God flowed into me.

I questioned my worthiness of receiving God’s sanctifying energy, as for years I struggled with the middle way. I felt wholly unmerited of such an abundant and divine favor that had taken possession of me. I began to struggle with how and why I was being chosen to become a recipient for God’s work. I wondered how I was to honor this unknown, yet always desired Path of Service. My efforts felt so puny in the grandeur and magnanimity of favor lavished upon me.

Once I consciously accepted the amazing Grace that flowed into me that day, my life began to transform in ways I only imagined. I am very rich indeed! Grace I learned is the divine energy at work in the human soul. Therein, began the tenuous if not disconcerting alignment process of my personality; the eventual integration of my personality with Soul; and followed by a series of initiations of Soul with Spirit in tutelage for greater work to come.

I must say that receiving Grace is a most profound and moving experience – that of being pursued and captured by the relentless and irresistible love of God. Throughout the years it has been this divine energy that has driven me tirelessly to serve the purpose in the Greater plan of Love and Light. It is this consciousness of union—the eternal disposition of creative Love at the heart of God—that has enlarged my capacity for freedom. No doubt, I am a happy recipient of God’s Grace and within the principle of duty of expressing this eternal moral law that lies at the core of all things – I pass these words on. “Grace is available to everyone, but we must be willing to surrender to change at the very moment of asking – to apprehend to Divine strength. And in the freedom to choose, allow Spirit to bring harmony and balance into your life and live those principles, as is the impetus toward spiritual evolution.”

Finding Our Wings & Learning how to Fly

With the primaries in focus polarity is at its height reflecting extreme opinions and ideologies of the collective global mind-set. During a transition in any culture old world paradigms break down and evolve into new traditions. This reactive polarization no doubt produces tensions expressed as willfulness, anxiety and psychological paralysis in fearful opposition to upcoming change.

One thing we might not realize is that change is ever constant…from moment to moment is newness—change in its ever-present state. From this point of view we might concede that human culture must continue to evolve until the polarity is ended.

Those with the operating belief that culture is degenerating and is devoid of an emerging spiritual awareness often cling to faulty structures as some sort of false self preservation technique. Such is that life is changing too fast and that it’s just easier to settle for the status quo in the material and mental sense. Inertia produced by both inner and outer resistance, fosters more fear and control.

We know we are courted by the voice of fear when we disregard our inner direction and divine guidance. Energy is siphoned out of us felt as a decrease in wisdom and self-direction. Fear is a weak link in the chain of consciousness, as it rises above the smallness of mind opening channels of opportunity, creativity and newness of experience. Equally, fear is a strong link in the chain of unconsciousness because fear blocks all access to authentic change. The mind remains small tethered to the technological mouthpiece in feeling, thought and action.

An intuitive mind is receptive to authentic change. Authentic change occurs from the inside out and consciousness shifts as we are guided by insights into the One Mind that leads us towards greater love and peace. Such an inner catharsis supports that all sentient life is interconnected as Unity consciousness and is vital to the whole of life. All have equal rights in the realm of spiritual ethics.

As the world turns, we find ourselves in various experiences such as departing the planet, waking up or falling into deeper sleep. Wherever we are in the polarity factor, we are all born into this particular time frame…each with a personal vision of what our lives can be within a larger vision encompassed in the whole of history and the future of humanity. Here we are to awaken to who we are at a higher level. This makes us instrumental in overcoming the polarization of fear.

When the convergence into spiritual worldview from material reality has been grasped from a higher perspective and energy level maintained in sufficient numbers, together we will overcome reactionary fear and fall into alignment with the higher dimensions to help unite Heaven and Earth in the planetary renaissance.

This means that when we fully pay attention, inspecting the details of the potential future from our immediate actions, we move into the world of causes rather than live in the world of effects. This means that whatever we intend or believe in the back drop of our minds tends to happen more readily. We can use this to our advantage.

Intention is the pathway to manifestation and our potential future. What we believe we make become.

Natural Consensus versus Complicity

World cult-ure is an artificial construct derived as mans law of commerce. Its organization concerns the concentration of power and control in few hands that exploits and pollutes through the dogma of politics, science, gender, media, religion, education, and taxation with a reaction of militarism. No matter the political ideology, the goals are always the same – military might and industrial economies. Peace is always forfeited, while violence flourishes, and war becomes a way of life. Nature is exploited and civil liberties are eliminated threatening martial law to impose a new stepping of the guard. These industrial empires through “the electronic industries of vested interests are so swift and imperceptible in their subliminal effects that the layman is sucked in without knowing it. The commercial world has “illusory” territorial rights over the populace.”

The militarism of Corporate Politics or Cartels is the source of all macro-social evil. Lives are not important to governments. Psychopaths, people with no soul, run their agendas. Violating the rights of others predicates their climb to power. The economy is simply a means for the advancement of self-interest with the masses as its playthings. With a shallow feel for life, ownership of resources are claimed as their own, slums are born and there is interference with everything that is natural –food, water, air, soil, clothing, sex, animals, and Earth herself. The cult of science with its experiments are adulterating biology, terra-forming Nature and the human mind shaping our very brains to control our thinking and behavior to the advantage of those in control of the system. Media induction, the dumbing down of compulsory education, salvationist religion, fake science and political theatre; genetically engineered foods; vaccinations and pharmaceuticals; electromagnetic radiation; fluoridated water; and polluted air are many of the psychopaths tools to foster a complicit society unable to think, act or feel for themselves. These social control mechanisms are a blatant war upon all sentient life. It is bio-psycho-spiritual warfare!

The show of empathy has vanished to the “external seeking of glamour” that belittles internal values and principles over uplifting people and nations into self-sufficiency as expressed in Nature. With progress defined as an increase in efficiency and competition at gaining advantage for itself, the inner life has fallen sway to the world of appearances. It is co-opted into the slavery of separation from our immediate and imminent Source in Nature. In its complicity Humanity is defiled.

For instance, people like herds are fashioned into mass consumers by arousing and appeasing appetites with manufactured goods. This superficiality creates an artificial affluence that widens the gap though separation by the very nature of affordability.

When stimulation of the appetites dominate our lives and influence our choices of food, professions, values, and relationships, we subject ourselves to habit and sensation focused in the pleasure principle of addiction rather than the pleasure bond in Nature. “In absence of relaxation and serenity (of an inner life balanced in Nature), our activities are dominated by the quest for survival and gratification; our pursuit of pleasure is in direct relationship to our increasing sense of insecurity and fear. An artificial life of conflict attempts to escape from fear through pleasure.” Therein, enters the vicious cycle of addictive consciousness.

A collective consciousness that is limited to base physical sensation is easy to exploit if not grounded and centered in Nature realities. Such a gross pattern of living is entirely self-destructive in that it usurps the expression of our aspirations in the struggle for survival and territorialism relegating us to the lower sides of our nature – survivalism. Survivalism sustains the energy of friction that keeps us bound solely to the choices of our particular society, government, nation that results in a loss of freedom. Enslaved by the industrial economy, we become dependent on control structures rather than on self-reliance. Dependency annihilates Simplicity that restricts our function to the mere routine of mediocrity and habituation, putting limits on the natural and destroying the spontaneity within us. As we overlook self-discovery and the spaciousness of serenity, knowledge imprisons us in a world of abstract thought images that severely limits our ability to question and subsequently, our choices fall within the realm of duality.

Ignoring the reality of Light that we are and the discovery of our identity with our true Source in Nature we reduce into physical bondage and discard our potential as we automate into routine work like a machine. We confine to being wage earners that preoccupies our thought with images of survival followed by anxiety, aggression, and self-centeredness. In self-centeredness we lose our humane perspective because we have lost connection with our authentic Nature as a part in Nature. Self-centeredness is the origin of contradiction and conflict upon the planet. It defines a constant craving where humanity lives by attachment and an unfulfillment of body senses. We escape this confinement through pleasure, become overly indulgent, and overcrowd our homes with unnecessary things.

The masses are in delirium and do not understand that they/we hold the power to transform our lives and our world into a better way of living cocreating with Nature. That consumerism is what keeps these entities in power, as it is through our dollars and the drain of human energy, that we give rise to their strength over us, not the other way around. Nothing external can actually control us, unless we surrender to it (in ignorance or awareness) and nourish it by supporting it through our purchasing power. Either surrendering our humanism to power or usurping it, is a violation of Eternal Law and we are all subject to its consequences, both individually and collectively. The consequences for putting energy into destroying life rather than protecting it are steep! When we solely live in identification with the external, we violate the purity of trust in Spirit, we suffer and perish. We disconnect from the very thing that sustains us and gives us daily life.

The Human family is not fully aware of what is ahead, but if we do not change from within ourselves, we are going to be changed from the outside in. This is inevitable and extremely dangerous as such change is not born from within, outside forces seek to usurp the human spirit into automaton. Ponder that any domination over the will, intelligence and emotions is the intrinsic nature and structure of human evil.

We each must harness inner change, which is a turning point in the consciousness of humanity. As a whole humankind has avoided this action. Authentic change in perception is an action that starts with self – it is the only possible transformation, as personal survival or advantage is not a viable option. Survival is not the goal of life, the illumined path is and it all begins with pure intent of coming to peace within. With this in mind we can surely outgrow the illusion of external nothingness, beyond the conditioning of our personalities and dependence upon external things that are driven by unfulfillment. To know the truth of love and to extend it to others is the challenge we must each wrestle. However, changing our opinions and concepts is not the answer. What is required is an internal correction that asks us to disconnect our dependence on the illusion of things and regain multisensory connection through Nature that is to align with the indefatigable Spirit of creation – the higher laws of the universe. Without this conscious reconnection with Source and the Spirit in Nature our energy is drained, and there is a preoccupation of fear and insecurity that binds us to the torment of inner and outer conflicts. If we really want peace on Earth, we will end the conflict within ourselves for that is where all strife begins. Reactions, likes and dislikes are prejudices that give rise to external war, as what manifests outwardly is the dark interior in each person. Mastering the inner life is the challenge of our times upon which our future depends.

For instance, the inner purity garnered through the healing balm in Nature and the light of attention changes all circumstances. We are not pressured into helplessness because nothing external can control us when we step beyond the physical senses and into Divine Law where Love, cooperation and goodwill exists. It is in this alignment of Love, cooperation and goodwill that we harness the power of the universe that gives rise to an empathic perspective of understanding that it is the heart that matters that offers us contact with our own integrity, capacity of seeing beauty in another and the life that’s alive in them.

Empathy is a natural state of being that is whole and established in itself through Nature, as it relates with the eternal Laws of living. It is of awakened awareness that deals wisely with the actual, the now moment, which makes it free of outside influences and abstract ideas. Its impersonal sensitivity is not governed by prejudice, therefore the virtuous action of giving and caring for fellow humans has no motives and is thus, free from seeking results. It is simply a natural response to the need of the moment.

In the cycle of giving and receiving, the Law of reciprocity introduces to us the involuntary and spontaneous action of life. This shared joy of Nature and goodness with one another is complete unto itself because it opens within us abundant resources of a life in conscious co-creation with Nature. As we reconnect with Nature and open our senses, we make contact with our inner resources, gain peace of mind, and begin to explore our inner potential. This balanced orientation shifts how the brain processes information and how we think and feel responds in our yearning for sanity, joy, spontaneity, and harmony. With our sensory reconnection rewired through the intelligence of Nature, we step out of line with the rabid values of society and into a Nature connected lifestyle, which supports a nurturing life process, empathic to all sentient life and harmony with the land. The more empathically connected we are to life, the more we contribute to all humanity making basic Human Rights a Domestic Priority.

When Information Creates Ripples of Confusion

When Information creates within us ripples of confusion about who we are, we move into self doubt. Doubt produces fear in the unknowing and fear is the great self-abnegator. It is the very illusion placed before us that cuts us off at the knees in surrendering our identity to something other, which denies the truth of our authentic Self – our Self-conscious Spirit.

While, it is not always so easy to do the inner work to arrive at this fact or to think wholly for ourselves without others opinions or intrusions that guide us away from our inner knowing’s. We must however, begin to monitor our thoughts and apply common sense logic to them, question them and the philosophies that perpetuate imbalanced living before they are as readily embraced as our own. When we step back to review the picture we must use discernment as to what is real and of that which is psychologically imagined. Sometimes what we think is actually imagined is real and what appears real is a projection of the imagination or of mind shaping technologies. We live in a time where realities merge through technologies invisible in everyday life and where the information from those channels creates ripples of confusion.

We must take note that psychological imaginings are implanted by external injections of fear – terror variegated by external interests in keeping the collective mind “free to roam in a box” of a particular systems template or manufactured psychological paradigm. For some the box is entirely cozy with no thought to venture beyond its confines. Others attempt to think outside the box, but hurts the head to stretch intellect at times where it is easier to just attach our attention to others ideas, to the latest spiritual fad out there or superficial impulse. To clutch to the one that sounds terrific enough to stimulate the lethargic mental body, but really it is not so much the quickening of the mental body we must be concerned with, but the feeling intuitive heart faculty.

The world illusions are many, fear produced realities and the miasms of our social conditioning keep us in fright more than fight or flight. Fear and self-doubt produces a strong hold on the psyche literally immobilizing the mind into “learned helplessness.” Subverting humanity into sheeple, into learned helplessness, has not been entirely difficult. Simply create a system of ideologies, religious and political dogmas, occult distortions to truth and accepted social norms that when deviated from through any form of self thought, produces a backlash that ostracizes the individual or groups in public domain. Beware! When one discovers and liberates from a fear bracket, there is always another boogie man to take its place in the necessity of keeping the motor of the fear machine running.

In a world of conflicting realities and equivalent states of being, puppeteering agendas and ideologies induced on a global scale, superficial value systems and social norms with their derived life purposes of occult imaginings, we must hold the courage to face the truth of what is both in the world and inside our selves and then to step aside from the fear mongering that produces the vicious cycle of addictive consciousness.

The antidote to a grounded and centered existence in love with life is to understand the machinations of the fear machine and to UNPLUG from its vampirism – its life sucking tentacles! Fear with all its correlates feeds and strengthens the Beast that seeks to control us!

How do we salvage ourselves from the hungry Beast –the tentacles of the Sycophant? At some point in our life’s journey, the hard knocks of trial and error or perhaps we are lead through a series of synchronicities or instant revelation that we come to oblige our feelings and choose to listen to the unease that points us towards better feeling states in the direction of the true north of our Being. Our feelings if we listen will always show us how far we have deviated from our alignment with Source – our true North. Since we dwell in a physical body, all information must engage the feeling intuitive heart, which is the language of co-creation in fifth dimensional manifestation. The intuitive feeling heart consists of a very different quality of essence. This essence is actually who we are in truth.

Our intuitive feeling heart is our guidance system, our infallible barometer for truth. Truth garnered through our intuitive feeling faculty emanates from the heart throughout the entire fabric of our being in effulgent effortless flow like a hollow bone, while untruths, doubts and fears contract within us and get lodged in the body as miasms. These miasms of interrupted or suppressed thought and feeling produces the dis-ease states we feel as the inner pressure of confusion, anxiety and fear in our lack of natural discernment of our feeling faculty. Such effects always occur when we are out of alignment with our feeling integrity…of our soul’s truth as the living God within us.

We learn what we must do to bring ourselves back into integrity. The product of our lives and what and whom we draw into it also show us. Our feelings tell us how close or far we are from our center alignment with soul/Source connection. Loving ourselves and self care with appropriate boundaries that serve the highest & best self in us can keep us essentially close to center. Always move towards better feeling states….when we feel fabulous we are aligned and in sync. When we feel out of sorts we have some feeling work to do to move through obstruction in order to help us get clear and make space to reach center. The question always remains, how crappy must we feel and do we even care enough that we feel like crap to adjust our lives towards our greater potential? So we must be concerned with enough self love to not allow ourselves to feel like crap and move back toward a better feeling state that leads to alignment with Source – our great sustainer.

My motto is “ground, center & expand” to maintain a modicum of equilibrium on a daily basis. We can do this through a simple meditation that grounds us into the natural Earthen timeline by connecting us to our heart centered self, as soul essence – the nexus of our true expression. It is upon this octave of being that we seek to express while in our earth bodies. From this centering vantage point, we interface our personality with Soul and spiritual lineage to God head. We produce an alignment…a direct connection, an umbilical cord to sustenance…and we FEEL fantastic. It is from this feeling alignment that if we deviate in ordinary life through negative thought, word and action, that we feel out of sorts from our interruption with Source connection.

Grounding into the Natural Earth Timeline

Focus your energy into the Heart and breathe deeply. Know that your consciousness is anchored in your Heart. Experience that reality as a deep sense of Unconditional Love and Connection to All That Is. Feel also the deep Peace that is part of that Consciousness. Then, allow that energy to move downwards through the solar plexus, the sacral and the base chakras and down into the Earth Star Chakra, located within the Earth just beneath your feet. Feel how you are now anchoring your energy into the Earth into her inner matrix as you connect with your Earth Star Chakra. Now, let that energy move further down to connect with the Crystal Heart at the center of the Earth. Continue to move the energy up your body, through the Throat, Brow and Crown chakras, and up into the Soul Star Chakra that is located just above the head. Here, you connect with your Soul and your “I AM” presence, as it anchors into your Physical Form. Here you can also connect with your Purpose for being here now, and with your Divine Essence. Feel the Unconditional Love and Beauty of your Soul as you align with your Higher Purpose for this lifetime.

It feels wonderful and filled with brilliant and radiant light. Now, let that energy move upwards through the Dimensions of Light to your Spiritual Lineage aligning with the Great Cosmic Heart of All That Is. Here you feel the Infinite Love of the Source for All that Is. Draw that pulsating and radiant light back down into your Heart and hold it there to ground Spirit into matter. You are now aligned with Divine Will, for yourself and for the Earth. The Sacred Art of Ritual Smudging

Ritual allows us to enter sacred space with awareness to flow. There is often a point of focus at the center of a ritual in present time that helps us to reclaim our spirituality. Performing ritual is simply a tool to reawaken this aspect of our being because in it provides a signal to the body to begin physiological and energetic changes to initiate change by aiming for an altered state of consciousness conducive to self-exploration and reprogramming. The ritual of smudging can be defined as “spiritual house cleaning.” It refers to passing one self or an object through sacred smoke as a means of purification, which is an energetic process.

Shamanic smudging ritual is an age-old tribal tradition used for centuries by the native people of both North and South America, European peasants and Siberian shamans to open the doors of the soul to the spirit world. They burned certain herbs and incense as a way of gaining access to the soul and power of plants for spiritual, ceremonial, and magical use. Certain plants when burned release a high vibrational energy through the fragrance and their smoke is used as an offering to create harmony and peace, purification and healing protection of physical and spiritual bodies, banishment of negative energies and creation of sacred space. When the herbs are burned it is thought that the soul of the plant is released to aid its energies for a particular invocation. In theory, the smoke attaches itself to negative energy and acts as a conduit by taking negative energies with it as the smoke clears and releases it into another space where it is regenerated into positive energy.

Sacred Herbs used in Smudging

The plant is the teacher, the true authority on which heals or is best for magic. There are certain plants that are held in high esteem that are agreed upon in most traditions. The smoke from sacred plants and herbs traditionally used to purify are tobacco, sweetgrass, sage, and cedar. However, the types of herbs used with their many local varieties may vary as purposes overlap and change by tradition and personal preferences.

In many traditions, shamanic smudging involves a four directions ceremony or prayer, which anchors protection in a sacred circle or sends specific kinds of smoke or prayers into the four directions. Different tribes, Covens and Shamans have different smudging prayers that program the smoke to do a specific action. In general, smudging is used to purify and cleanse spiritually, call for balance and harmony, to aide in divination, invoke spirits, healing powers and to carry prayers further into the Universe.

Traditional smudge sticks are tied in a bundle for easier handling. Some herbs are used loose or braided like Sweetgrass. The bundles are usually handmade and prepared using traditional methods from the finest-quality sacred herbs which are 100% pure and grown without chemical synthetics or petroleum distillates, which is important since the smoke is inhaled by default. Smudge sticks are used for ceremonial purposes, offerings, or simply to recreate the ancient aromas for their aromatherapeutic properties.

Tobacco (ah-say-ma) No other plant is endowed with such qualities, which is why pure tobacco is used in American Indian rituals. Tobacco from cigarettes is not used for ritual use because it is adulterated, as it is filled with pesticides and chemicals that cause cancer.

SAGE can be used for general purposes. The word sage or salvia comes from the Latin word salvare, which means “To Heal.” Sage has long been used in “smudging” ceremonies to promote purification, protection, longevity, and immortality. Studies have shown that the smoke of burning sage literally changes the ionization polarity of the air. Its element is air.

~Desert Sage is one of the most sacred herbs among Native Americans used to purify the mind, body, and spirit before prayer, meditation, ritual or ceremony and to purify sacred items such as pipes, magical tools, tarot decks and eagle feathers. This sage is great to cleanse an area, the house and for aura cleansings. The scent of desert sage is somewhat sharp, light and refreshing.

~White Broadleaf Sage is excellent for meditation, divination, smudging, cleansing and purification. Broad leaf sage is considered the king of all sages. It is prized over all the sages for its strong aromatic properties.

Cedar was offered to the fire to smudge the lodge and people. Its smoke is wafted to ward away sickness.

Sweetgrass is excellent for cleansing sacred space that helps us to center ourselves and is traditionally believed to invite good spirits. Sweetgrass is a rare grass which is found growing wild in very few places. It has a sweet and light fragrance that does not last for long.

Herbs can be burned singly or in combination with each other. A second herb is used to bring in whatever influence is needed.

Pine Resin & Sage (either desert sage or white broadleaf sage) is a good combination that covers all four magical elements of air, fire, water and earth. This combination is appropriate for general use, cleansing, ceremony and ritual.

Cedar & Sage provides the perfect balance for cleansing and enlivening an atmosphere.

Common Herbs used in Smudging

Here are some general uses for the different herbs often used for smudging.

Copal Gold Resin, holy incense used by the peoples of Mesoamerica. It is traditionally used as incense in divinatory and cleansing ceremonies. The resin contains aromatic chemicals called terpenes, which make it volatile and flammable. It was used by Mayan shamans prior to ingesting mushrooms. Its elemental is primarily fire and water, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. When burned, the scent is sweet, resinous, slightly woody, mildly earthy and spicy.

Myrrh Resin was used by the ancient Egyptians in rituals of healing and passing. It is one of the ingredients they used to embalm bodies. The resin is gathered from the almost leafless Middle Eastern shrub called the Commiphora Molmol. It is useful for spirituality, meditation, happiness, release, transformation, strength, confidence and stability. Its elemental is primarily earth, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. The scent is a piney and very earthy that produces a lot of smoke when burned.

Frankincense Resin is used extensively in meditation and healing and is my very favorite. It is used in numerous religious traditions such as the Catholic Church. Its scent is believed to confer divine blessing. Its elemental is primarily fire, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. Frankincense comes from the resin of an African tree and produces a rich, dense smoke when burned.

Pinon Resin was used by Native American cultures for its spiritual and healing properties that are cleansing, strengthening and warming. It is used to refresh the senses and revive a tired soul. Its elemental is primarily fire, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. The fragrance is pleasant and meditative and when burned it produces a thick stream of smoke.

Juniper was used in ancient times for ritual purification of temples. Its smoke is believed to aid clairvoyance and stimulate contact with other worlds. It is also stimulative and therefore effective in reviving a tired body, mind or spirit. Its elemental is primarily fire, but can also be used for four-element general purposes. The scent is sharp and piney and was burned during the Plague to resist disease.

Lavender is useful for attracting peace, happiness and restful sleep. It reduces depression, grief and sorrow and aids in meditation, manifestation and divination. It is traditionally associated with fairies and elves. The element is primarily air. The scent is a refreshing and light aromatic.

Yerba Santa Leaves are used for meditation and divination. It is thought to enhance psychic abilities, magical protection, healing and spiritual strength.

Hibiscus Flowers are often used in divination and psychic communication. The flowers are excellent for rejuvenating the senses and restoring life force. The elementals are water and fire. The scent is invigorating and sharp and lasts for a long time after burning.

Rose Flowers and Petals is used for meditation, divination, increasing psychic abilities and communication, contacting powers and beings in other dimensions. Traditionally the rose is associated with attracting love, conferring peace, stimulating sexual appetites and enhancing beauty. The element is primarily water. The scent is heavy, warm and aromatic with a hint of sharpness that lasts a long time after burning.

How to Smudge

Smudging is very simple. The pointed end of the herbal smudge bundle is lit while held over a heat-proof bowl filled with a bed of sand or gravel or an abalone shell. It can take a while to get the stick really smoking, but once the bundle is ignited and smoldering, gently wand the bundle or waft the smoke around the room, object or body. If the herb is loose blow the smoke or use a feather to circulate the fragrant smoke around the room or person while invoking forces or saying a prayer for a special need. When the ritual is complete, inhale a little smoke to purify your insides. Do not asphyxiate yourself. People often feel more relaxed, lighter and brighter after smudging. By allowing the purification and cleansing properties of herbs to clear personal items, the body, or environment, the space is created for new awareness and for a new direction to take place.

~To smudge the body, stand with the legs hips distance apart and arms out at shoulder height which makes it easy to weave the wand through. Hold the smudge stick 8-10 inches from the perimeter the body. Traditionally, the heart area is first to be smudged since the heart is the corridor into the spiritual planes. Begin by fanning the swirls of smoke around the body’s aura starting at the heart and then down the front of the body to the feet. Smudge the bottom of the feet and work upward towards the back and over the head and face back to the heart. Follow the perimeter of the body and make sure both the front and back of the body is smudged. Direct the smoke and give special attention to areas of stress and imbalance in relation to the individual spirit-body. Make your invocation or prayer as you do so.

~ For the living environment start at the door and slowly walk in a clockwise direction around the perimeter of the room paying particular attention to sharp corners such as door frames, the corners and top of walls where negative energy gets stuck and any window frames.
? We can also smudge any medicine or magikal tool that will be in use such as pipe, jewelry, ceremonial outfit, etc.

~ Smudging for meditation often produces a deeper and longer-lasting state of relaxation and contemplation. For best results use a charcoal burner or inflammable receptacle or an incense stick. Light the herbs and enjoy the scent as you meditate.

When to Smudge

Smudging ourselves daily can be very helpful in keeping balance and in maintaining a peaceful state of being, especially before meditation. Specific times to smudge are when we have been around people who are ill, depressed, fearful, angry or who are generally emotionally unbalanced. Also, when we feel blue or depressed, have been under much stress or after an argument, in which case the environment should also be cleared as well as the auric field of the person.
In a group, circle, ceremony, or lodge it is a good practice to smudge each person. Traditionally we do this by starting from the East and holding the smudge stick or receptacle lit while each person bathe themselves in the smoke and follow the process described above. However, smudging has been adapted to the need through intuition. Smudging can also be used to charge energy into a room to bring positive influence. When the ritual is complete inhale a little smoke to purify your insides. Gently blow out the flame or stab it into sand, but make sure the smudge stick is out, as it has a tendency to ignite. Never leave the bundle unattended.

The Planetary Etheric Grid-Our Evolving Consciousness Matrix

As I walked contemplatively with my guardian dog, Diamond, under a sky of gray and booming thunder threatening rainfall and streaks of sun shining heavily upon my tanned skin, my mind began to resonate with the vibration of life around me, as I listened bird songs, frog bellows, wind in the sway of trees and the beautiful offerings of flowers. Aligning with the environing energies I began my invocations and prayed for Earth healing around the oil spill that has destroyed precious wetlands and ecosystems in the Gulf of Mexico.

In such a calm quieted state I began to feel a most impressionable response in my upper chakras. It became so clear in my heart rather than in my intellectual knowing, that the basic theme in the evolutionary process of unfoldment is one of relationship. Everything living is connected, each with its specialized instinct and purpose in the great chain of life, no matter how small or minute we think it to be compared to our own existence. In all the encompassing feeling, I could see what a beautiful, vibrant, colorful, active, teeming world of life we live in. Such magnificence, grace and beauty!

I was shown that everything in the manifest universe from the macrocosm to the microcosm possesses an etheric or energy form, albeit subtle and intangible. That the etheric body that underlies the solar system, planetary bodies, the earth body, and human bodies down to the subhuman kingdoms in nature, are composed of interlocking and circulating lines of force that emanate from one or many of the planes of consciousness and areas of consciousness of our planetary Life. I saw how the lines of energy and interlocking streams of force are related to the seven focal points (chakras) in the etheric bodies and their relation to certain incoming Kosmic energies. When Love is the unifying agent its lines force form a beautiful lighted matrice.

Then I saw how the many gaps in human consciousness such as fear, limitation and ignorance act as agents of miscreation by weighing the etheric underpinnings down and congest the circulating lines of force. This miscreation conditions the human and planetary etheric bodies into lower levels of light.

It occurred that wherever our head, heart and throat chakras are in consciousness, is our relation to the distributing agencies of Higher Spiritual forces. Everything is related to consciousness and everything is impressed or affected and awakened by the corresponding higher agent of consciousness. For instance, in the individual it is the personality graduating to Soul awareness and then towards the higher unification with Spirit. On a biological level, it is the hierarchy of humanity over animal, plant & mineral kingdoms. Humanity is a higher agent to the lower Kingdoms in Nature because it dominates control over the manifestation of their life expression. It has sidestepped the Stewardship role to one of “Species Supremacy.” Humanities relationship to these life forms requires tremendous healing due to gross misuse of force. The heart-mind or Soul aspect must awaken and begin to control the personality.

Continuing with the line of clarity, I saw that humanity must rise to its highest potential and that in order for the human race to respond constructively to higher spiritual processes, that the soul of humanity must waken to itself in order for the soul of Mother Earth to shift into evolutionary alignment as a sacred planet. Upliftment is a symbiotic process because all of life is connected via the planetary etheric body, but with consciousness being the only difference and its line of expression. Since the human etheric body is an integral part of the planetary etheric body, it is responsive to the free distribution of the many circulating energies at our current Kosmic disposal. The third eye is the focusing agent of those energies for the upper three chakras – the upper triadal complex.

As potent reservoirs of force, humanity has the power to close the gaps and disconnects in consciousness by building bridges of interrelationship and interplay between all facets of Life. Bridges serve as platforms of unification between consciousness paradigms that supports others into the higher dimensional system of New Earth energy. Let it be a mantra to leave no hu-man behind, as it is the collective consciousness that requires the leap in consciousness.

Such is the focal point of thousands coming together in Global Communion and with other Intention Groups that join together and serve as unified healing platforms to consciously co-create in building lines of force in order to heal gapped and torn areas of the human mind and planetary etheric grid. As the filaments of the grid are rewoven and mended, divine circulatory flow is restored uniting both energies into a living fabric of Divinity.

Our united task is one of reaching critical mass, a numbers game where enough heart-centric individuals focus attention on the patterns of perfection for the New Earth to enable a vibrational shift enlightening the grid of the planetary etheric body and all her inhabitants.

The energetic expression of the principles of creation is a template of geometric proportion. As an outer web of musical light, that spans the entire multidimensional universe grids of light form in the linking up with the subtle web network surrounding other planetary bodies. Luminous strands of light intersect at the crossings producing focal/nodal points of light that create concentrated fields of force that are vortexual in nature. Together the subtle light pattern forms a grid and with the vortexual/nodal or power points act as the holding centers that produce the informing network of inter and intra-communication across planetary timelines.

The stratification of grid templates from spirit to matter is an interdimensional metamorphosis in the passage from one plane of existence to another – the bridge between mind and physical matter for both the planet and humanity. This stepping down of worlds within worlds through Earths gradations of fabric density from the etheric, the electrical, to the gaseous, fluid and the denser material, affects each level from the very sublime to the dense.

Keep in mind that the purpose of the web network or grids are to serve as a guide or etheric blueprint for organization that ensures proper distribution and alignment of the needed “elemental components,” which are the building blocks for creation – a template for its construction and purpose of existence. Life force energy and the many sonic frequencies maintain an effective energetic phase relationship of the planets frequency spectrum, both inside the biological body and outside it, in a constellative connection with the Earth’s Organic prototypal design of energy and light laid out upon Her surface. This foundational informing network with its own focal points of communication pathways serves as a bridge that transfers positive evolutionary energies between our planet’s physical and energetic manifestations. The Organic Grid Network (OGN) is the mediator/spiritual interlink for the blending of Kosmic and terrestrial energies in consciousness spiritually irradiating the landscape by distributing the vibrations of Love and Light for the activation of the seed crystal carried within each human heart.

The OGN threads in with the human energy body whose webstrings radiate back into the environment the assimilated experience of incoming external stimuli through the language of feeling or sensation. This allows us to plug into the planetary mind and commune with the heart of Nature to create the intended Earth paradise through the cultivation of the seed crystal. This interlinking is the harmonious fusion or blending of Kosmic and terrestrial energies in human consciousness exercising divine light potential. It is how to ground Spirit into matter (mater/mother) or form.

Earth’s Organic Grid Network is a paramount Spiritual phenomenon. For “millennia”, the planet has been under assault via the use of the ancient art of mystical sciences and its mathematical language to supplant planetary destiny by manipulating the Master electromagnetic spectrum geared to the consciousness and life support needs of humans, Nature, and the biosphere. Interception and recalibration of the sonic grid system via tone modulations has steered Earths and its inhabitants with creative mental programming into a de-evolutionary spiral away from creating an Earth Paradise for quite some time.

The synthetic reality produced by altering timelines has provoked much interest in the field of Grid Engineering. Architecture, manifested etherically and or physically built on the face of the planet alters the structure of space itself by modifying the space-time geometric matrix giving the “illusion of form and distance.” Focal points are recreated and recalibrated and a holographic synthetic virtual reality is born. A virus embeds into Earths nervous system pulsing its synthetic frequencies throughout the veins of culture. This syncopation and disconnection of the psyche from the ground of Being in Nature rewrites life codes into a synthetic life existence – inducing the human Soul into automaton.

The idea of manipulating matter by intersecting fields of force and inverting Natures energetic flows by damming them, altering timelines to manufacture a negative feedback loop that siphons the generative force of planetary life has provoked much controversy in the field of Grid Engineering. Rerouting the interface of Earths Organic Grid with the technosphere has produced an astral grid highway. Collectively we are born into a preconstructed paradigm or Matrix and conditioned into a repetition compulsion at the Soul life that results in a vicious cycle of addictive consciousness at the level of personality. The technospheric grid to keep us plugged into it via chronic bombardment of fear, the provoking of self-doubt, the celebration of aberrations that turns virtue into vice and twists truth into dualistic thinking. These effects ensure the continued aliveness of the astral realm by tethering our energy bodies at the 5th to the 7th dimensions to feed the astral realm in order to disconnect our psyches from the ground of Being in Nature. Low frequency vibrations keep humanity in a “Holding Pattern” – a phase lock or entrainment pattern. The high vibrations of presence, positivity, joy, love, and spontaneity center our reality with Truth of what is real through self-observation and direct experience.
