Biophotonic Nutrition ~ The Benefits of Eating Raw

The study of light’s interaction with biological material is ‘Biophotonics,’ which relates to the understanding of nutrition and vital body processes. Biophotonic nutrition is concerned with the capacity to absorb and store light information in the cell radiated by the sun through the skin and the consumption of raw foods.

The ultimate biological nutrient is sunlight. Without the sun, there is no life and without light, there is no health!

The light energy from the sun is stored in the DNA during photosynthesis and continuously transmitted by the cell. The cells of living organisms emit low-level light waves or luminescence (light with a wavelength between 200 and 800 nanometers). The higher the gradient of light energy a cell emits greater is the vitality and potential for transfer of that energy when consumed.

Dr Norman Cousens cites in “Creating Peace by Being Peace” the biophoton readings of people on sharply varying diets. The average reading of a person eating live or raw wild foods was about 83,000 units, while a person eating a junk food diet only had a reading of roughly 1,000 units of biophotonic radiation. It should be of great interest to learn that increased biophotons in food have the power to order and regulate cells in that it can elevate an organism to a higher oscillation or order of vibration manifesting as a feeling of vitality and mental well-being. This is why eating naturally locally grown fresh sun-ripened fruits and vegetables rich in light energy or biophotons possess energizing and healing properties. 

Since biophotons are light infused living foods that carry electric light codes from the sun that hydrate and nourish the body-mind at all the levels, you will notice significant improvements in your health and energy when you increase the amounts of living raw foods in your diet, especially vegetables. Most vegetables have very low carbohydrate levels that minimally disturb insulin metabolism.

Sunlight is a biological nutrient whose energy of life force is stored in living food (structured water) making fruit the highest vibrational food that has the capacity to regenerate cells. To get the higher-level energy biophotons, eat a diet rich in fiber – raw organic ripe fruits and vegetables freshly picked ideally from your own organic garden or farmers market. The key to maximizing the biophotonic value in wild plant and organically grown foods is eating them raw and soon after harvest, preferably within two or three hours, as the life force measured in units called angstroms, increasingly diminishes after harvest.

Eating foods in their natural state is a great way to detox the body, boost digestion, decrease inflammation, fight chronic disease, and lose unwanted pounds.

  • Start slowly if you are going raw and swap out one regular meal a day for a raw food meal. The transition into a raw food diet will helps build healthy gut microbiome.
  • Eat the Rainbow in every meal. Example: Salad greens, red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, yellow beets and radishes and so on to create a colorful nutrient rich meal.
  • Consume your fruits and vegetables in your body temperature range. The ideal is 4 degrees upward or 4 degrees below.
  • Digestion starts in your mouth. Chew your food until it is broken down in your mouth and then swallow. Also, chew your smoothie.
  • Get adequate sunlight, which sets the body’s circadian rhythm that is the true governor of brain-gut health. The function of your entire metabolism is dependent on light

Most of humanity is asleep to the higher vibrations of the Self. Oblivious to the infinite past and future, they deprive themselves of the continuity of consciousness over many lifetimes. Collectively they act inconsistently with their true nature and abuse one another and the planet. They kneel to the truth of authority rather than stand with the authority of Truth.

The lulling has increased the unconscious mind onto a new threshold of denial bifurcating awareness to the inner connections that already exist within.The light switch that illuminates the authentic inner Self has been turned off or dimmed by low grade frequencies such as TV and social media culture, the social evil of political Ponerology with its inversive thinking patterns, emotional drama, and drugs, toxic foods, chemicals, EMF’s and WIFI and assaults on the right to life, freedom and sovereignty of being. The sensory overload and distraction of external agendas with transhumanist eco-fascist ideations pursue to quash the human Soul into automaton, seeking forever to switch off the Souls inner light. No matter how suppressive the insult of forces that deny liberation into Soul consciousness, acting against the principle of unity cannot stop spiritual, systemic, planetary, and galactic evolution itself for it is the “solar will to power life” that illuminates everything that casts a shadow.

While the stranglehold of collective thought forms crystallized through the apex of power resists the initiation of these solar impulses that is the precipitator of advancing transformation, there is a rough dismantling of those power structures based upon sole interests of the ego. As they begin to fracture, the light of Truth illuminates. On another spectrum of occurrences, there is a re-evolution in the ranges of contact that steadily expands to a point of synchronous vibration within the environing whole. This is the true Singularity!

Once we realize the interconnectedness of the microcosm with the macrocosm, our sense of purpose deepens providing a stimulus for greater concentration to build a direct line of ascent to the underlying purpose of God-head for our perfectionment. A wholly aligned-integrated transduction of individual and collective light focalized onto an ascendency pathway.

Evolution is unstoppable as “all living beings possess an inherent drive to evolve, to become the highest expression of life and to fully realize themselves. Personal development is the willful cooperation with this natural evolutionary process, but an understanding of the processes involved is required to be truly effective.”[1] 

For instance, advancing consciousness is directly related to where and what attention is focused upon. If there is no recollection, why we are here or the why of our existence is unknown the human species is easily persuaded off the organic path and induced into a virtual world of synthetic connections. Unconscious spiritual purpose, immobilizes, obstructs at the root, and inhibits the ascent of primordial life force energy to the crown of knowing.

As we swim in the great sea of consciousness and study the nature of Spirit, soul, and matter we begin to understand the natural conductive forces that comprise the mythic terrain of the human body. We learn that energy flows up and down in a continuous circuit, uniting the root to the crown, heaven to earth and we manifest the miracle of awareness. Our soul’s purpose, our personality nature, level of accrued spiritual development and our present ability to penetrate the veil is revealed. As we shift our attention onto the unrequited soul life within the form body as a creative agent in the material world, our place as a part within the whole ignites dormant passion. Awakened from our spiritual wasteland memory begins to regenerate, quickening the soul that has forgotten its origin.

Everything we have forgotten and need for our redemption lies within the heart. The heart chakra is the nexus for transformation. Between the inner and outer heart chakra is the electromagnetic doorway, an esoteric middle ground that creates a bridge of communication between the physical brain and the soul, between the microcosm and macrocosm. The heart is the passkey to building the spiritual light body, an interaction with Earth’s visionary consciousness and spiritual presence that mirrors our own makeup. It is through the heart channel, the bridge, that we harness our lower forces enfolded with the higher energies of the soul, to control them, and thus gain insight into the divine Trinity and the electrical nature of all phenomena.

Let us explore what this means at a deeper level: “the soul on its own plane looks down at its reflection, the gender body on the physical plane, and sees no way to interfere with its development. There is very little the soul can do except create a body, give it its various physical, astral and mental make-up, and leave it to get on with the job of evolution. Eventually, there comes a life – a series of lives in fact – in which the soul sees that its reflection, the man or woman, is beginning to respond to the influence of the energy which connects the soul to its reflection, and the process of ‘ensouling’ begins.”

Just as the process of descent from Spirit to soul and from soul to personality (spiritualizing substance) has been slow, over millions of years, so too is the passage back re-enacted in reverse order by a process of “at-one-ment” from the soul to the spiritual Triad (ascension) can be a long, drawn-out happening for most of humanity.

The gradual expansion of awareness from an increase of the light quotient at the hearts nexus emanates an alchemical response called “consciousness” or the “the Christ Principle” that introduces a greater quotient of light into the body—the perfect balance of individuation and unitive consciousness.Crystallized through inner connections we begin to understand the underlying purpose of our incarnational experience of this particular solar system that all of us, as microcosms, evolving precisely in the same way as the macrocosm, holds a key to divine purpose, which is precisely to spiritualize substance—to ground spirit into matter, that is to create Heaven upon Earth. Like Prometheus, to bring down the Fire of God onto the Earth for the Benefit of every living being.

Building the Inner Pathways of the Light Body
When there is transmutation, assimilation and cooperation between the ego personality and soul, an inner axis alignment is formed through an invisible vertical column of light above the head. In that light column are three threads of awareness or strands of energy spreading outwardly from the individual into every sphere of the environment producing a gradual expansion of consciousness and greatervibrational amplitude.The greater the number of threads of consciousness extending outwardly to the world, the greater awareness there is to the nature of reality. We grasp that to evolve we must transcend the world while still being a part of it – to ascend by an upward movement in consciousness that enters a fire within a greater consuming fire.

Building a light infused body to become one with the solar fire of creation is a gradual evolvement that occurs in stages—in a series of conscious inner alignments (the three lower bodies of the ego personality – the physical, emotional and mental) that ultimately culminates in liberation. After successful alignment of the mental, emotional, and physical body, the personality desire must invoke a soul responsefirst built in mental substance as heart desire and then light. This internal creative process catalyzes the opportunity for integration between the personality and the Soul leading to a gradual unity experienced as a Divine Axis Alignment.

This divine axis alignment is the first creation of the soul-infused personality acting as a unitary being stimulating the mind, the intuition and the creative will. The personality vehicle more or less soul-infused begins to harness the will of the ego with greater control and express the purpose of the soul as service and creativity. On the physical plane, service is the life of the soul creatively expressed.

When the heart and mind of the personality is filled with aspiration for a higher power and willing to step onto the path of service in an accelerated pace, the filaments of light extend outward to make the connection. The soul is the bridge, the mediating force of communication between the microcosm and the macrocosm.  This axis of love is a manna antenna activated in the physical body that connects the Soul to both Heaven and Earth that acts as a conduit of force for interdimensional communication.

Perhaps my own experience will lend some light on how a divine axis alignment can spontaneously occur when the mind, heart and ear is impressed in divine matters. About a decade ago within the mundane of daily life, walking to work from the parking lot and deeply absorbed in spiritual purpose, a massive channel of light skewed the center of my body like a kabob. Not only could I feel the Light force further integrate and expand my consciousness within the unifying whole, I could somehow see it all happening while inside my body. I was outside looking in, while inhabited. An axis of light like a lightning bolt entered the gateway at the crown of my head, pierced through the central axis of my body down to my coccyx, and through and out the Earth body interlinking with other planetary bodies. Imagine interlinking constellations like connecting tinker toys together. My consciousness heightened and I perceived the web of complexity and unity of life in an instant. I felt a connection with everything, both seen and unseen. It was a grand initiation that re-birthed me as a Mediatrix – a feminine mediator that shifted my consciousness onto a galactic level. As a soul in conscious mediation between heaven and Earth, I was successful in building the first inner bridge. As the aspirant will discover this is only the first of many inner bridges to form.

As inner connections crystallize there comes an understanding of the underlying purpose of incarnational experience of this particular solar system is that all of us, as microcosms, evolve precisely in the same way as the macrocosm. This gnosis holds a key to divine purpose, which is precisely to spiritualize substance—to ground spirit into matter, that is, to create Heaven upon Earth. Like Prometheus, to bring down the Fire of God onto the Earth for the Benefit of every living being.

Since this initiation, I have been learning new ways to play with the light…to understand and enact healings through the dimensions; to better aid in grounding Spirit into matter for a spiritualized humanity; and to raise matter to Spirit with the Earth body in our co-creative ascension into higher realms of activity. The divine axis of love was experienced about 12 or so years ago and just today during meditation, it came to my attention that our mission on Earth while reflective is a different version along the interdimensional planes of activity and therefore, has a slightly different purpose as well. We must each determine our purpose and fulfill our missions within these other planes as well, for greater congruency into the light matrix. 

To be a consistent extension of the world of GOD the aspirant must access the inner planes of being – the corridor between multi-dimensional aspects of self in other timelines and dimensions of consciousness. Whereby align the inner or biological axis of Love (microcosm) and bridge it with the Divine Axis of Love (macrocosm) that opens the 5 different levels of the light body. The Divine Axis is a Kosmic gateway whose potential is reflective in the human physical body once the inner or biological axis of Love is activated.

Higher Dimensional Pathways
Once light has been anchored into the body, focus expands to build higher dimensional pathways between the mediating worlds on different levels: planetary, systemic, and galactic. The focal point of building the planetary bridge is now between self and the members of the human race as a whole providing an expansion of awareness through the heart vector. When compassion has illuminated the intelligent heart the human collective can succeed to higher planes of subtlety to build yet, a greater bridge between Humanity en masse and subtler planes of consciousness. Humanities contact with the advanced consciousness further evolves to greater inclusive contact with higher spiritual bodies. The extended bridge between Humanity, the Kosmic Hierarchy, and the Great Central Sun creates a triadal relationship that enables further expansion by creating pathways between planet Earth and other planets, this solar system and other solar systems.

The evolutionary process of bridge building into subtle planes is a long journey home to the source from which we have originally come. The trinity of light, love and will represents the highest conception of divinity of which humanity is capable and therein lies the principle of liberation.  Our individual and collective focus need only lie upon current capabilities and what is possible for the human race at this time. Transhumanism in all its techno glitter and promise of consciousness uploaded into a super computer is not the answer and can never organically integrate or create, as it only mimics that which has already been created by reassembly or splicing, dicing and the like.  Its end is death, a feedback loop into nothingness since it has no soul. In the end, biotechnology and transhumanist ideations is already terraforming nature and is making strides to induce the human soul into automaton.  

When humans take substance and energize it with the energy of the soul, the consciousness aspect, by expressing ourselves and sharing the unique gifts, we add our wisdom and vibration to the planet. We reach a divine stature by heightening our vibration and raising it onto an ever-higher level – of the soul on its own plane – until the point is reached when the soul is reflecting itself without resistance and directly through the personality. The soul continues to rise up to the level at which the Will of the One Life, the Purpose aspect of God that is Love, is expressed.


The human soul is the great spark of creation endowed by the will of the Creator. The Gift of Life!

Accessing the Tools for the Journey
Accessing the Tools are the same for everyone no matter where we are in the great school of spiritual experience. Like a kaleidoscope, we each are one body of light operating at different frequencies.

As we consciously participate, we need to equip ourselves with some subsidiary tools for successful esoteric work: meditation and soul inspired service that is serving others who are less developed, less experienced, less knowledgeable, and less capable than we are. Corollary to mediation and soulful service are mastery of these basics: having an open mind without fanaticism, constant awareness, living in the Now, patient and persistent effort, vision (see beauty in the world and all is not what it seems), sound (frequency pitches and what we hear is not always true), discernment, and humor. Rightly practiced, rapid progress upon the lighted way is assured.

Our journey of self-development and awareness is based on personal levels of emotional purification and incorporation of light. When we have aligned our hearts and integrated with the Divine axis of Love, we understand that we are mediators, souls, standing betwixt heaven and Earth. We are powerful co-creators in a world of complimentary energies.

Meditation
In summation, meditationand visualization are key components in making an inner bridge possible. Meditation holds visualization steady in order to build mental matter into a thoughtform to direct the various stages by a psychic wire that when activated in the physical body, connects the chakra bodies in a vertical line to the crown chakra, through to the Soul, and links the spiritual triad to the One Life of All That Is. When this Divine Axis of Love or vertical channel of golden light passes through the center of the heaven, the core of the Milky Way galaxy onto Earth and pierces the central axis of the body with light/love it reorients the body’s subtle energies equivalent to an in-Spirited infusion.

Conscious Breath during Meditation
Conscious breathing is the absorption of life force (prana) that feeds the light body through consciousness via the vertical light channel, much like an umbilical cord. Breath and light acts in a similar way a plant absorbs solar (light) energy in the chlorophyll process.

Chakras
Correct manipulation and stimulation of the seven major chakras or parallel processors rarely communicate and work together due to lack of inner coherency. However, each Chakra, when working correctly, acts like a transformer in an electrical system. This electrical system (chakras) steps down Spiritual energy frequencies, chakra by chakra, like a way station that is the energy system of the soul. The higher energies of Truth, prophesy, intuition and Initiation are received by the soul in this stepping down process, Octave by Octave, through each Chakra to that of the Earth, so that Earth Herself can raise her frequencies to create a New Earth timeline and co-evolve with us. This why we are intimately connected to the Earth’s magnetic field and linked to the heart beat of the Living Mother via the Schuman resonance.

Each Chakra as it evolves corresponds to one or more of the Planets. This is the secret of Astrology. This is the means whereby the Seven Sacred Suns and the Seven Sacred Constellations in this Sacred Universe affect us.

They will see that our products are used in film and they will get used to them and will never know their true effect. When they give birth, we will inject poisons into the blood of their children and convince them that we are helping them! We will start earlier, when their minds are young, we will target their children with what children love most, sweet things.

When their teeth decay, we will fill them with metals that will kill their minds and steal their future. When their ability to learn has been affected, we have created drugs that will make them sicker and cause them other illnesses, for which we will create even more drugs. We will make them docile and weak before us, by our power. They will grow depressed, slow and obese, and when they come to us for help, we will give them more poison.

We will focus our attention on money and material goods so that they never connect with their inner self. We will distract them with fornication, external pleasures and video games, so that they are never one with the unity of all.

Their minds will belong to us, and they will do as we say. If they refuse, we will find ways to implement technology that alters the mind in their lives. We will use fear as our weapon. We will establish their governments and we will establish opposition within them. We will own both sides. We will always hide our goal, but we will continue our plan. They will do the work for us, and we will prosper from their toil.

Our families will never mix with theirs. Our blood must be pure (because it is). We will make them kill each other when they oppose us. We will keep them separate from unity through dogma and religion. We will control all aspects of their lives and tell them what to think and how. We will guide them kindly and let them believe that they are guiding themselves. We will instigate animosity among them through our factions. When a light shines among them, we will extinguish it by mockery or death, which suits us best. We will make them tear their hearts apart and kill their own children. We will accomplish this using hatred as our ally, anger as our friend.

Hatred will completely blind them and they will never see that in their conflicts we will be their leaders. They will be busy killing each other. They will bathe in their own blood and kill their neighbors, as long as we see that they are against us.

We will benefit greatly from this, for they will not see us, for they cannot see us. We will continue to prosper from their wars and their deaths. We will repeat this until our ultimate goal is achieved. We will continue to make them live in fear and anger, we will give them images and sounds. We will use all the tools we have to achieve this. The tools will be provided by their work. We will make them hate themselves and their neighbors.

We will always hide the divine truth from them, that we are all one. That they must never know! They must never know that color is an illusion, they must always believe that they are not equal. Drop by drop, drop by drop we will advance our goal. We will take over their lands, resources and wealth to exercise control over them. We will trick them into accepting laws that will steal the little freedom they have. We will set up a money system that will shut them down forever, keeping them and their children in debt.

When we ban them together, we will accuse them of murder and present a different story to the world because we will own all the media. We will use the media to control the flow of information and their feelings in our favor. When they rise up against us, we will crush them like insects, because they are less than that.

They will be helpless to do anything about it.”

Anchoring in Your Heart Meditation~ Grounding into Natures Organic Timeline

Focus your energy into your Heart and breath deeply.
Know that your consciousness is anchored in your Heart.
Feel your feelings. Sense a deep Unconditional Love and Connection to All That Is.
Feel the deep Peace that is part of that Consciousness.

Allow that energy to move down into your rib cage through the solar plexus, the sacral and the base chakras, down your legs and out your feet into the Earth Star Chakra just beneath your feet.
Feel how you are now anchoring your energy into the Earth, into the Heart of the Mother.

Focus the energy flow downward to connect with the Crystal Heart at the center of the Earth. Sense your body. Feel! Deep and unconditional Love of the Earth Mother may become apparent or others connections may arise. Pay attention.  Focus through the Earth Star Chakra below your feet and its connection with your Heart. Hold that Love in your Heart, and know that you are deeply Loved and Nurtured by the Earth Mother and that you are in Alignment with the Divine Will for the Earth, as expressed through the evolution of Planetary intra-multi-dimensional Reality.

Now, let the energy move up your body, through the Throat, Brow and out the top of your head. Feel the receptivity of your pulse up into the Soul Star Chakra that is located just above the head. Here, you connect with your Soul as your “Essential Self“ as it anchors into your physical form.

You may also wish to connect with your “Purpose” for being here and now, and with your Divine Essence. Feel the Unconditional Love and Beauty of your Soul as you align with your Higher Purpose for this lifetime. It feels wonderful and everything is filled with radiance. Sit at the center of your heart. Breathe through this channel of connection.
Feel the Infinite Love of the Source for All that Is. Draw that pulsating and radiant light back down into your Heart and hold it there.

Now, you are aligned with Divine Will, for yourself and for the Earth. When you are in this alignment, you will find it a simple matter to be grounded into the Organic Earth Timeline – terra firma – and to experience the energies of Peace, Calm and Abundance. Life feels simple and clear as you follow the Divine Guidance on the wave of Grace, Love, and beauty nurturing whole-self wellbeing.

POST NOTES:  You will learn when you are in the old time paradigm heading for a dead end, and when you are anchored in the organic earth time line on the path of the future-Now.

On the old matrix timeline, you will experience the acceleration of frequency as a feeling of time passing too fast, of being stressed, rushed, and anxious, or with too much to do.

On Earth’s organic life wave you feel as though everything has slowed down and that there is plenty of time to accomplish what is necessary. You feel calm and peaceful, and you know that all is in Divine Order in your life. You experience a sense of abundance and wellbeing, no matter what your financial situation might be. And you sense the possibility of miracles in your life as you move forward on your adventure of life on Earth.

The energy of Peace enters the psyche that is so important at this time for transformation. Peace is not just the absence of war and conflict. Peace is a distinct energy that radiates Unconditional Love and Compassion and the Acceptance of All. It is first an inner energy that must be cultivated in the Heart, before it can be experienced in the outer reality.

To live in that inner joy and peace is to anchor oneself as a living nodal point for these energies to Ground SPirit into Matter through the Temple of the Heart.  

The key to this state of inner Peace is to have your consciousness anchored in your Heart, and to live in contemplative awareness and forgiveness. Be ready to forgive and release at all times, and become conscious of when and how you fall out of the state of inner peace. In this conscious state, you will be able to maintain your inner Peace for longer periods, and so to direct that energy of Peace and Love from the inside-out. Interconnecting as a seed life in Natures circuit, each person who achieves this whole self rejuvenation enters Self Mastery to manifest with Natures wisdom in their lives right now.

What does this mean in terms of day to day life? The answer is where you allow your attention to dwell or rather, what your mind is plugged into that produces your experience. The psyche dwelling in its natural illumined field will become more “authentic” and filled with the energy and Light of your Soul and your Divine I AM presence. You will become aware of the flow of your Soul Light in your daily life, and you will hear those directions and suggestions that come from inside you.  You will learn to trust these directions and to flow with synchronicity and desires and miracles that occur on the flow of the creative partnership between the Essential Self, and the Ego Self. That is what it means to live a “soul-full” life, where each day is filled with the passion and light of the guidance of the Soul as barometer of ones life towards greater self mastery with the Spirit in Nature.

Heart Centered Relationships

Intimate relationships nourish body, mind and spirit. They warm the soul and soften the heart. The quality of these relationships says a lot about the quality of our lives and our health, and reflects back to us what we need to learn-how to have more patience, be without judgment and essentially to love ourselves unconditionally. It is a mirror effect. We give what we are.

Some relationships are very difficult, while others flow effortlessly and perhaps some are a little of both. The level of conflict in each relationship is a good indicator as to how much inner work has been accomplished and what areas still need more attention individually, as a couple, in friendship, in physical family and in spiritual groups.

Heart centered relationships are an exchange of authentic feelings and sometimes it takes spewing a lot of feelings to get to that inner space of being okay with self to be okay with others. Oftentimes, we choose to suffer intensely and even put up with all sorts of abuses before we ever experience right relationship. The amount of abuse we allow from others is correlative to the amount of abuse we accept from ourselves, if not more. Loving ourselves is the key to authentically loving others.

No matter where we are, we can always strive for cooperation as an effortlessness and harmonious exchange of feelings, words, ideas, and actions that are complimentary and supportive to the spirit within us. Cooperation softens the blows of life instead of adding to harshness and unnecessary conflict.

In assessing our relationships, we can view them much in the same way we would our wardrobe. For instance, we pick and choose to keep what fits or is sentimental or meaningful. Equally, we let go of what no longer fits, is old, or out of style. Even though people are not to be discarded like clothes or traded in for a newer model, the point is to let go of those relationships that do not wear well on us because they are not fulfilling, cause us pain, are imbalanced, or even lack boundaries. Sometimes relationships require space for renewal and return building new love, but some never do. If they are dour and bring a dark light upon us, their color is not the right shade for right relationship.

Out of our circle of friends/acquaintances, we find people from our past that no longer have a place in our present for whatever reason, while others we may wish to know better. Therefore, we let go of those who no longer fit our current self, or reach out to spend more time with those we would like to share with, and strengthen current relationships that are fulfilling us.

Whoever these people are that we share our love and appreciation for always tell them how special they are. This gladdens everyone’s heart.

SPIRITUAL ECONOMICS: The Ultimate Federal Reserve Unlimited Abundance and Prosperity

Abiding by these spiritual Laws and their underlying principles gives you the leverage to change the circumstances in your life so that you may live in peace, abundance and prosperity.

Law of No Judgments:  Make Peace with Your Financial Past. Examine your relationship with money. Be Conscious of Your Judgments. What is your attitude surrounding money? What is your money history? Writing uncensored in a journal about your past actions with money, no matter what it is, will help you make peace with it so that you can move forward. Understanding your emotional patterns with money will help you see through the money illusion and to recognize the real value of money. It’s really very simple to get clear around money: Just wish for others what you would wish for yourself!

Law of Faith: Ask Divine Providence the all-provider for Help. Look to Providence and give your trust over to all provision, a.k.a. Spirit, God, Source is intimately involved in all aspects of life, and finances are no exception. Receive graciously. Clearing up debt is about learning to trust yourself and Providence. Address your request to God, let go, and joyfully expect an answer. Give thanks every day and listen within: You’ll be guided if there are actions to take.

Law of Discipline: Improve Money Management Skills. Learn to manage money before it manages you. Distinguish between wants and needs. Learn self-discipline and self-restraint in money matters. Such conduct can be more important than courses in accounting. Couples show genuine maturity when they think of their partners and their families ahead of their own spending impulses.

Law of Responsibility: Live Within your means. In partnership, one should ask of the other, “Does he/she know how to live within his/her means?” These are more important questions than “Can he/she earn a self sustainable income?” New attitudes and relationships toward money should be developed constantly by all couples.

Law of Balance: Reduce & Recalibrate. Use a budget to get out of debt and stay out of debt. Budgeting is a plan that helps you make the best use of your income and savings. Avoid finance charges except for homes, education, and other vital investments. Buy consumer durables with cash. Avoid installment credit and be careful with using credit cards. They are principally for convenience and not used carelessly or recklessly. Buy used items until you have saved sufficient money to purchase quality new items.

Law of the Present Moment:  Be aware of where your money goes. You can’t reduce spending without knowing how you spend, so the first step is to track your spending. Keep tabs with a money diary or a software program that does the tracking of all the purchases you make (gather all your receipts for a month). Once you have this short history, you will see clearly where your dollars and cents go. Then you can ask yourself: What do I really value? Cut expenses that are not necessary or important—you can add them back later if need be, but at least give yourself a trial period of simplicity.

Law of Flexibility: The Money Current. One word for money is currency; it comes from the word current, which means flow. There are two major modes for dealing with money in life: circulation and congestion. Circulation or letting money out is paying bills, tithing, giving to charity, and so on. Congestion or keeping money in, is hoarding, being stingy. When you congest around money, the flow stops. Money, by its nature, flows. Picture yourself and your money in the flow. Another way to see this flow factor is through the cost of giving and receiving. This is reciprocal exchange! The cost of giving is receiving. Conversely, the cost of receiving is giving, even to your self. You do not need to have a lot of money in order to give to yourself or others. Ask yourself, Where am I wealthy? Start your giving there. For instance, do you have extra time, extra money, or talent? Give those. The feelings associated with genuine joyous giving are to be cultivated. In this wondrous cycle, we all can participate in all of its phases at all times. Share the wealth. Wealth attracts wealth!

Law of Action: Teach children by example the vital principles of provident living – how to manage money and avoid debt while they are young. Teach early on the importance of working and earning. It is basic to personal welfare. One of the greatest favors parents can do for their children is to teach them to work. Much has been said over the years about children and monthly allowances, and opinions and recommendations vary greatly. I believe that children should earn their money needs through service and appropriate chores. I think it is unfortunate for a child to grow up in a home where the seed is planted in the child’s mind that there is a family money tree that automatically drops “green stuff” once a week or once a month. Teach family members that paying financial obligations promptly is part of integrity and honesty development.

Law of Choices: Make self-education a continuing process. This includes trade schools. Use night school and correspondence classes to further prepare. Have your hands in many pots. With today’s trend of heavy worldwide unemployment, you may wish to acquire a special skill or ability in a few areas to avoid prolonged unemployment. Perhaps you wish to start a non-profit organization to serve the world in some way. If you want to be spiritual in your finances, take a few minutes and consider the causes that are closest to your heart. Set your intention for manifestation. Why do you want to acquire new skills? It doesn’t matter what it is as long as you intend the highest good for all. Impress your intention, share it with God through prayer, and listen for guidance.

Law of Expectations: Have a long-range financial plan. Save and invest a specific percent of your income.

Law of Patterns:  Strive to understand and cope with existing inflation. Most wage earners today have less purchasing power than they did in 1973. To some degree, inflation is probably going to be with us for a long time. Realize that you are living in a new era of higher prices and less abundant energy.

Law of Perfection: Appropriately involve yourself in a food storage program. Accumulate your basic supplies in a systematic and an orderly way. Avoid going into debt for these purposes. Beware of unwise promotional schemes.

Law of Higher Will:  Appropriately involve yourself in a preventative health insurance program. In today’s world, health insurance is costly and subject to chemical treatments only. Big business along with corporate government usurps natural health options leaves the majority with few alternatives. The best insurance program with or without health insurance is preventative care. Fasting and detoxification takes care of your body-mind followed with nourishing foods and attitudes. As a precautionary, you may wish to take out hospitalization insurance in case of an accident. If you cannot afford traditional insurance, visit your Doctor or health clinic annually or subscribe to a natural Doctor’s concierge service as an alternative.  Self-pay patients receive discounts and clinics charge a nominal fee. Never leave a health problem unchecked or untreated.

Law of Honesty: Be honest in all financial affairs. The ideal of integrity will never go out of style. It applies to all we do. Pay your debts. Remember that debt is trust. Someone or some company trusted that you would be good for the money. Be grateful that you can pay your bills. Bless Your Money. It is holding “gratitude” for the money you have that creates more money. Give thanks for the service you received, and pray that you and your loved ones may continue to enjoy what each bill represents. Send the same blessing to those who helped provide for you.

Connecting the Dots between Our Inner and Outer Worlds

I gather information, watch videos, listen to talks, blogs, read articles, study research, have discussions and opinions about different burning issues acting out in today’s political theater. Oftentimes, these ideas of humankind are thought-provoking that often leads me to make connections between an issue or situation—connecting the dots so to speak, to perceive the larger framework in manifestation. These connective links of information that form a working composite are checked and balanced against spiritual insight to weave inner connections. Many times the results are perceived at first to be negative in that they have the capacity to produce a fear reaction. Yet, from a wholistic perspective there is a silver lining that if perceived rightly and acted upon with courage, can create rapid fundamental change individually and for the planet.

While this may be true, I do find that few can read information and assess it without taking it inside themselves. This lack of detachment does little to enable best choices in this changing economic arena we are all facing. In fact, it can cause an utter rebellion allowing the ego complex to take reign over the higher wisdom of the Soul. We live in discerning times now where we must exhibit extraordinary courage and action to preserve our freedom and liberties for All before they are dissolved to an increasingly controlling government.

Fundamental change only takes place in attitude. Both life affirming and life destroying polarities are playing out upon the 3-D world stage. There seems to be a vying for power, yet the powers in struggle over consciousness are of two different energies and intentions, one being creative and expansive seeking to connect and liberate the Soul, while the other is banal and contractive seeking to detach and imprison the human Soul into automaton. We each must decide which side of fence we choose to sit on and be true to our choice. Wavering, by default puts in alignment with those who choose peril over Peace.

No doubt, many of us will be struggling in some way and at different levels. It may be financially to maintain a roof over our head, having enough food in the cupboard or affording the essentials. While for others, it may be in relationships, with attachments/addictions, finding our purpose and engaging in time critical missions to a struggle between ego-mind and Soul dominance. Wherever we are, we must start from that point and move forward. Don’t look towards others to find your inner truth. We can be lead to information and wisdom to potentate awakening, but we cannot rely on another to give birth unto ourselves. This is a lone process on our path of awakening, however others often help us get there padding the terrain via their presence, attention, love and care. Love relationships offer us a unique gift in that they are a fast track to our evolutionary growth. Praise them, embrace them! Dig deeper!

May this season open us to new paradigms, creations, and new beginnings for stepping into our individual and collective Soul power. Let us become the highest possible expression of life and to fully realize ourselves – to find our wings, connect the inner dots to our outer path and fly. Our Soul mate is waiting! Our Soul flock is waiting! It’s a unitary endeavor! We are the ones we have been waiting for! Let us construct a new path that bridges the divide in both self, with our divine lover, humanity, Nature and God. Let us uplift together and allow peace to fill our hearts for rebirth into a new life that can generate a world of Peace, both inside and out.

The Vicious Cycle Of Addictive Consciousness

“When will we stop rebelling against our emotional pain?” is a question we might ask our selves.  The amount of self-hatred we carry for our selves reflects our self-destructive host of addictions that shuts down of our sensory capacity asphyxiating our human life force.

When we deny the essence of our essential self and function from an ego-based perspective, we deny ourselves the gift of healing, of growth and of creation through our evolving senses. When we are bound in the fearful egos conflicts and contradictions we create a contagion of friction with our essential self or soul that diminishes our life force and our intuitive sense of the universe. We close off the capacity to listen to our essential self and the world creating sensory obstruction. This process of self-denial is what I have coined, “The Vicious Cycle of Addictive Consciousness.”

The primary focus of ego, as the gatekeeper of the physical body is survival at all costs and as such creates resistance to save us rather than hurt us. It believes that too much physical and/or emotional pain can cause both the body and it to die so that is uses fear as its primary form of communication and main tool to keep us alive. This modus operandi conflicts with the direct will of the soul creating sensory obstruction. On a physical level sensory obstruction impedes the flow of vital life energy congesting the body producing dis-ease. On an emotional level it results in inhibitions and exhibitions that cover the authenticity in our feeling nature. On the soul level it is the obscuration of intelligent response to incoming and outgoing energies that is a potent agent of cohesion and integration.

 Following the Law of Attraction that energy follows thought in the focus of our attention, whichever inner body is the strongest,  that is, our mental, physical, and emotional or Spiritual, controls the action of the human vehicle like an automaton on the physical plane. For example, if our thoughts dominate how much we lack love in life and are concerned with what we must do to get it, our point of focus would be held within the emotional realms of the astral plane. If our attention is towards personality integration with our Soul to gain psychological freedom and to bring harmony through conflict in our lives, our point of focus is upon the Spiritual realm.

 When we resist on any level, we deny and when we deny we avoid noticing something that might disturb us obscuring our emotional patterns.  We create avoidance by distracting our attention from the confusing welter of emotions that offer valuable insights into our emotional episodes often lingering from our unprocessed childhood wounds. The longer we obscure our emotional patterns, resisting the attention and release of our pain rising to conscious awareness, the more we come to believe our distortions. To the degree that we believe our distortions we become deluded and the more challenging it becomes to trust anything other than our habitually resistant responses. Imbued in the pattern of resistance we obstruct the release of our pain and become a slave to the habituated mind rather than the master of it. When we allow our selves to be enslaved by tendencies that constitute forms of dangerous appetites, we deny and our denial is proportionate to the amount of self-love we have for ourselves. The more we love ourselves our lives reflect awareness and the less we tolerate self-abuse and abuse from others, but when love is not proportionate and does not reflect awareness we get caught in habituation and accept abuse into our lives. Veiled under the soot of our delusion is the essence of our essential self that waits to be uncovered.

We alone must decide when it is time to end the inner preoccupation of our negative emotional experiences and their psychological sufferings. Acceptance alone intends a new beginning and by choosing what is emotionally and spiritually healthy we empower ourselves, although challenging at times, the results far outweigh the difficulty of the initial choice of action. There comes a point, however, in our human panentheism that is our natural urge to evolve, when the heralding of choice is realized, and yet, that choice may be to continue the temporary escape of our selves’ through a plethora of distraction obliterating our spiritual voice to the eventual liberation of physical death. Running away from conflict only perpetuates the vicious cycle of addictive consciousness. It does not erase it, but rather postpones issues that must be faced later. “When will we change? Now or later?” is the question we must ask our selves and a choice we each must make!

It takes the courage of a warrior to uncover and transform our negative qualities into a mind free from constraint. My experience is “resolve to go deeper and deeper, truth above kindness and resolution over comfort,” this is the dedication necessary for such a task. There is bravery in those who are courageous enough to express their pain, their imperfections and not to give up on themselves when they see the reigning of their negative qualities upon their lives. Being in touch with our truthfulness dispels the fear of avoidance to be open with our feelings and provides a pathway to look at our emotional reactions and patterns with the full presence of awareness that is normally obscured by habits of inattention. For instance, frustrated desires, suppressed resentments, anger, greed, hatred and delusion are all emotional energy patterns of inattention that thwarts the root of our malaise, which usurps our life force creating emotional pain and discomfort. Instead of turning a blind eye, we might anticipate a look at how much of our waking energy is spent creating a breeding ground for these powerful reactionary emotional forces.

To uncover the painful experiences that lurk behind our deep self-loathing, our consumed guilt, mental anguish, anger and physical pain that we seek to avoid is a signal to our body that something is amiss within us, that there is something to understand that needs investigation. We adapt this attitude; we see the message of our emotional blocks as an opportunity to understand our selves rather than convey it as a threat.  Even though from outside of ourselves, the reactionary effects of our clinging to patterns and habits are more familiar than the root of cause that resides tangled within us, we can stand back and see how our uncontrolled and uncoordinated emotional responses are effects to bring attention to soul growth. This gives us the ability to see them as opportunities that occur so that we may gradually evolve into a more coordinated, fused and blended personality–bringing awareness to the essence of our essential self.

The people with whom we surround ourselves, the quality of our thoughts, the intention behind our actions, the truth in our speech with that of our hearts is a mirror that reflects what we need to see about ourselves, in one another and what aspects within us that we are not at peace with. Essentially, what we need to bring change to. Giving our selves the freedom to challenge what needs shifting is a powerful agent for change and for the realization of our dreams. To be free in this sense is to venture seeing not only what is in the world, but what is possible for us!

A Living Love

Permanently extending Valentines Day over the rest of our lives could transform us and furthermore, extend our love on a wider scale of Goodwill towards all sentient life that could certainly transform the world!

Let everyday be an expression of your love and gratitude for your loved ones and essential kindness towards others. There is no need to wait for the annual reminder of Valentine’s Day to authentically share your heart. Presents are a delightful way to enter the doorway of surprise, but remember it’s not really about buying cards, chocolate and gifts or spending money that is wiser spent elsewhere. It is rather time well spent with the one you love intimately bringing you closer together, in body, heart and Soul.

“Love gives naught but itself and takes naught but from itself.
Love possesses not nor would it be possessed; For Love is sufficient unto Love.

When you love you should not say, “God is in my heart,” but rather, “I am in the heart of God.”
And think not you can direct the course of love, for love, if it finds you worthy directs your course.

Responding to Your Clarion Call

“Those who have ears, may they hear.”

The energetic impulse of 2020 is about taking action in our lives with enthusiasm while standing at the edge of a precipice. It is about initiative that is provoked from deep within to awaken us in some way-to shatter the false security beneath our feet. The quickening message may come from our intuition, inspiration or the stark reality of our situation, through a tragedy of some sort, the loss of a job or even threatened health. Whatever sphere of life that requires attentive action, the arising impulse from within us is about the need to make visible alterations in and out side ourselves. For many, this wake-up call is felt as an unwelcome intrusion disturbing the safe harbor of our mechanical ways, which requires letting go of foundations previously counted upon. Here we are shown where we have given our power away, as no form can seduce us, use us, or betray us without our permission and cooperation. Discernment is the faculty we use to determine the true nature of any image or situation.

Mastering our lives is about finding the balance point between our need to control and the call to entirely surrender unto the wisdom of our Essential Self, as Soul or Spirit. For some this may be about trusting in the movement of Spirit and putting “knowing,”- the Spirit of Truth into action, while for others there may be a need to confront deeply buried fear of the power that is their Essence. Still, some may be a need to cultivate the character to be less critical and more accepting, or a relationship may demand new ways of relating. The inner call, too, may be to implement new ideas into a project, such as writing a book or changing an avocation into a vocation, in order to serve in joy. Whatever the need, the true wisdom of our experience is showing us the power of choice, that we can choose love and trust over fear and doubt.

Too often, when the clarion call comes we ignore our internal signals of closing and opening doors to change. We resist that which seeks new direction and grasp to our myriad attachments, ways of thinking and doing in fear of what a life of meaning and purpose may demand of us. Sometimes we may need to say “No” to a potential door opener, which is a valid choice when the timing is not ripe when instead what may be required of us is more discipline, more patience and a deeper trust that the Universe is essentially supportive. However, when we refuse all signals to align our lives in rhythm with Source and let fear override a deeper connection with our Essence, we bifurcate and move against ourselves that carries even more consequences. This is when the Universe, through the Magnetic Law of Attraction and the greater wisdom of our Soul intercedes thus, designing the forms of loss we encounter meant to pull us onto a path of illumination. Hence, the greater our attachments the more painfully we experience loss.

The cyclic energy of Earth through the first quarter of the new year calls us to take hold of the Universe’s positive energy to guide us into action, to make choices-to reset our goals, clear space to embrace the new and to honor the expression of our inner calling with courage and commitment. This enlivening energy asks us to accept responsibility, to leave our comfortable past and abandon our imagined futures, reconcile and transcend, as Truth arises from within. When we say “Yes,” to life we feel a quickening within our hearts, we breathe deeply, and embrace everything with flexibility to the changes life presents to us through synchronicity and golden opportunity. We reap rich rewards when we believe enough in our selves to pursue our inner call and invite the dialog of love into everything. Fostering a support system helps to ground our creative energies and acts to lend clear vision of what we want and where we are going that then makes us accountable in fulfilling our goals.

If nothing else, remember this. “The Master of Divine Sovereignty” is inside each and every one of us. Let choice allow its presence to occupy the place of authority in each of our experiences. Surrender unto its guide every thought, word and action to produce a sense of security, a strong foundation far beyond anything previously known. Let the powerful transformative Saturnian energies of Capricorn help stave off our personal attachments to stories, experiences, and fears. Let it be about how each embrace their Soul’s authority and step into the lineage of Light that we are. This is my wish for us all!”
