We Are How We Vibrate

Whole-self wellbeing (the Body-Heart-Mind-Spirit organism) is essentially the result of a harmonious flow of energy with the Source within—the pure positive energy of our Eternal Nature. As non-physical energy beings, we abide in kosmic flow that is out of time. We feel the living stream of Spirit flow through us when we are present, focused in the ever unfolding Now. Yet, in the physical manifest self, we are locked into structural frames of time. These frames are of things past, the known, and also of future events that are unknown. These frames of time orient our minds and lock us into limitation. The words “letting go” and “flow” are keys to increasing vibrational resonance because they allow us to expand. Expansion is who we are.
The vibrational evolution of the Kosmos, of humanity, of ourselves all expands, but when we stand apart from that expanded vibration—negative emotion, ideas and selfish desires are born, because the physical and non-physical self are not in the same space time continuum.
Our eternal non-physical self is always in high vibration and since the Soul is the human standard of our inner striving we must align and keep steady to that signal of the expanded version of ourselves. This is how we deliberately create our reality—the law of attraction brings to us what we think and then brings more of it. We either manufacture positive or negative streams of vibration to magnetize those thoughts into manifestation. It is really that simple!
To strive toward the standard of the Soul, we must have a self-loving willingness to align with Source Creator. The motivation is about caring how we feel in our bodies. How feeling states always serve as our vibrational barometer to the quality of alignment with our Source within. For instance, negative mood states tell us that we are off track—that we are holding vibrational discord and have disconnected from the greater stream of wellbeing.
When this occurs, we must orient ourselves back to center— toward the Soul’s range of vibration of pure positive energy. The more we practice aligning to our inner Source, the easier it gets and flow becomes our natural state of being. Until then we need lots of practice because our high vibrational inner being will not join us by dropping down into negative vibration or move toward us. Instead, we must hold willingness and use our feeling center to move closer to our inner stream for alignment. The closer our vibrational stream aligns to the vibrational flow of the Source within, the more positive our stream of consciousness and the less resistant we are to life.
While there are no good or bad forces, just a stream of wellbeing, we either allow alignment with pure positive energy or we do not. Deviation from our inner stream of Beingness is what makes emotions feel bad and we enter negative mood states because we are drawn away from our true nature. Holding ourselves vibrationally hostage to negative emotion pinches us off from higher vibrational feelings such as balance, peace, clarity, and joy. Negative emotions such as friction, fragmentation, worry, anxiety and divisive thinking, always produces inner turbulence which is a clear indication that our thoughts are out of range or don’t match with the fast streams of our positive expanding vibration. Negative thoughts always have emotional tags attached, which is a clear indication that we are out of integrity with the vibrational range of our expanding self. Those same negative thoughts held for too long a time creates distortion in our stream of wellbeing that invites dis-ease because dis-ease blocks the light from beaming into our experiences.
Inner healing means that we have to practice ourselves into alignment, as the Source within us knows what it wants, while the physical part of us is in gridlock because it is focused on what it does not want and therefore, cannot expand. The perspective of the Soul sees things in the expanded version, while the physical self has not caught up. For guidance, we ask, “Inner Being, how do you feel about this? What do you think? Inner being, how am I tuning myself?” And then we listen for first response!
The inner dimension of our expanding Higher Self always seeks fusion between the opposites giving birth to multidimensional realities. The matrix reality and the Spiritual reality become holistic partners for fusion into the physical. As we focus on the expanded reality of what is possible, rather than what is garnered by our conditioning projected as actual, the steady stream of pure positive energy activates our natural feeling guidance system and we tap into the conscious inner knowing of the heart. Expansion begins, and we create from the inside out.
When we are attuned to force, our relationships are healthy, occupation fulfilling, creativity is positively channeled and regular physical nutrition and activity is a commitment. A stream of well-being pervades us and our hunger for living is satisfied through a constant expansion of being and greater congruency between what we think, feel, say and do. We experience joy, simplicity and ease.
Living in the stream helps us to drop old patterns and attachments. As we resonate higher, we attract new experiences and relate with an expanding awareness. Old attachments to food and needs to insulate to feel good, dissolves. What we eat becomes “secondary” because we feel full with excitement, have fun, feel love, and passion for life. When these areas are out of balance or we are in disconnect with vibrational flow of the Source within, our body wisdom sends us messages to get our attention as to what it needs to fill the vacancy or hunger void of unexpressed potential.
Messages come in the form of cravings, addictions, body pain, negative mood states, or things that appear as problems overwhelming our lives. Other insights about ourselves come through dreams, synchronicity, Nature, and intuition if we pay close enough attention.
Whole-Self Wellbeing involves continual learning and flexibility. To make a difference we have to do something different; we have to step out of the box of time that we were born into, change the way we are doing things and adjust aspects of our perspective lifestyle to experience something new. This requires making a choice and the willingness to follow through until the changes have become inherent within. Responsibility therein, is placed on the individual, where it becomes a matter of self-evaluation and self-assessment to make changes as necessary to enhance the state of wellness and to elevate consciousness.
