One Love ~ Exiting the Patrix

In this time of momentous planetary shift, social turmoil & personal change, a large number of people are mobilizing to save the world in ways they deem right. There are many opinions as to who is right and who is wrong and how to go about it. The conflict of duality consciousness is nothing new and the controversy it brings is also nothing new because this cycle perpetuates. Discarding duality consciousness is necessary in order to embrace an aerial perspective. Anything less keeps us locked in conflict, the fear loop, and cast into the drama between light and dark whose reflection is controlled by bending the laws of nature to fit ideas of what the world should look like. Duality has created the nightmare of the modern world, a world at odds with Nature and itself.

We know the world is really energy that is controlled by consciousness that is in turn controlled by connection to the human heart. The conscious heart is the instrument and the only way out through the dualistic construct. By unplugging our consciousness from the collective mind loop that keeps us at war with ourselves and the world, our steely hearts open to feeling and awareness. Feeling and awareness are vibratory signatures that lend the capacity to embrace all sides of the planetary coin. For instance, if we go against something or take one side over the other, we feed and empower that other side. Simply unplug and step up! Perceiving from an aerial view, steps consciousness up and outside of the conflict pen so that all sides can be embraced.

When we embrace all sides of a conflict with love and compassion, and without judgment, which is really challenging amidst difficult experiences, the conflicted situation loses energy and begins to resolve itself because the flowing energy through our umbilicus is no longer siphoned into the duality consciousness feedback loop. The full flow of individuated consciousness can now return into circulation with All That Is.

Unplugging from the Patrix (patriarchal dominator matrix) and stepping up an octave is the only way we can actually change the world. With our presence amped up in vibration, we become a bright and powerful beacon. We stand for many, as the amplified heart presence of one person aligned in unity consciousness is more powerful than a thousand people in fear. When we stand in love and inner peace, we shine more brightly and amplify that vibration far and wide. This shifts the balance of our ailing world back to its harmonious roots in Nature. Nature is perfect when left alone and is, and has always been the corridor to the Divine. Unplug from the cycle of addictive consciousness, out of duality, by stepping up to renew the message of the heart as One Love. Love is the only reality that is!

Appearances of the Heart

Some people live closely guarded lives, fearful of encountering someone or something that might shatter their insecure spiritual foundation. This attitude, however, is not the fault of religion but of their own limited understanding. True Dharma leads in exactly the opposite direction. It enables one to integrate all the many diverse experiences of life into a meaningful and coherent whole, thereby banishing fear and insecurity completely. ~Lama Thubten Yeshe, “Wisdom Energy”

There are many who claim to be accelerated on the evolutionary path to enlightenment who parade around in a sheath of spiritual ego full of self-aggrandizement. Their attention is anchored with concern over how they appear to others and thus, they exaggerate their own importance, power, and reputation masking their inadequacies under the guise of love and compassion. With a need to secure false personal power in the eyes of others to appear expert on matters that elude them, their emotional bodies are easily thrown off balance and threatened when their thoughts and ideals are questioned and processes examined. Quick to mask their overcompensations from feelings of self-doubt, inadequacy, or victimhood, they react with quick emotional force. Taking things personally, with a swift wave of the hand they judge and dismiss differing perspectives and approaches of others on the path. Be weary of such manipulations. Discernment is needed here. The hallmark of a true initiate is non-attachment and clearly unconcerned with others emotional positions, as they are steadfast upon bridging inner and outer connections on many levels and to transmit that synthetic union to others through world service. Their lower bodies are aligned and integrated with a focus on living a more Soul infused reality as the expressive link in consciousness.

While the spiritual egoist espouses to tout the law of love, they miss the mark and project onto others a love-less vibrational state de-spiriting those in their chain of connection. These characters having reached a small measure of congruency between what they think, feel, say, and do, and their uncontrolled emotional bodies ever lead them astray. Emotional reactivity leads to imbalanced thought. Imbalanced thought creates a whole new set of frequency patterns.

While to err is to be human, it is most wise to take personal responsibility to grow and make better when it is due. Halting judgment and embracing another’s ways of being is a good place to start. With finger-pointing fear based approaches, many refuse to own their projections lost in their own demagoguery. The virtues of humility, trust and the integrity of simultaneous interplay between teacher/student as a co-creative experience, is lost to their desire for guru-hood. Overriding true wisdom and halting acceleration, is the ever-common failure of the Path Seeker to control the emotional body into a calm sea of glass.

I have extracted and revised a piece of my work, “The Seven Attributes of Heart” to express the many evolving layers of heart consciousness that differ only by degree of vibration that is discernable as our level of awareness rises.

A selfish heart functions from conditioned logical responses, while the emotions are a continuous shifting of moods and sentiments wrapped into the self. A desirous heart is concerned with sense gratification and is motivated by that which brings pleasure. An egoic heart, pride and vanity plays an important role so that others may fall in love with the mask perceived as Self. Misidentification further thickens the veil of glamour and illusion. A compassionate heart stimulates the innate potential for healing and through the path of selfless service, love flows gracefully and lovingly brings calm and influence upon others. A listening heart is a self-aware organized consciousness of integrated perceptions between inner and outer worlds, open to the channels of knowledge and illumination. A wise heart perceives a world of differing forces that must congeal into a unified whole if there is ever to be systemic harmony. Virtuous, without distortion of any kind, the tide of beingness is in rhythm with an undifferentiated Kosmic awareness. A spiritual heart recognizes the essential unity in all things and merges with supreme consciousness with reflection in the Kosmic self.

Like a huge mirror our ability to govern the law of our own being always operates in accordance with our actions. We must come to realize that we each are responsible for our own happiness and our own misery chained by the instinctive forces that enslave us. We must move beyond these forces into self-mastery by using the gifts with which we are endowed to promote our inner ideal. Each day we can overcome the effect of our selfish hearts and brackish deeds if we act wisely by evolving our hearts vibration to more inclusive values. This leads us to live a noble life with potential to change the world.

Cravings ~ Part 2

Image

Does this Sound Familiar?

After several rounds of eating your favorite dessert question, “What is causing this to happen’ & “Why do I want this right now?” Pondering these questions en route to the fridge, pantry, special drawer, or better, as you’re entertaining it – will surprise you to learn your answers to these questions.

The key to releasing cravings is to recognize them as they arise. Attention placed on the current emotional state automatically sets up an interruption of the pattern. The interruption is “noticing” the craving. Craving a particular food is an indication that your body already has too much of it. It indicates imbalance in the body, which can lead to food allergy. Sugar, caffeine, carbohydrates, meat, and dairy all affect mood and only lead to health problems in the end so, try not to indulge in negative cravings, as they will always spiral out of control.

Cravings come from the unconscious. They’re patterns that we’re used to and do not think much about because they provide comfort. We all have a need for immediate satisfaction, to seek after the pleasure principle, whose innate response urges us to insulate our true feelings with something – whether with food, drugs, alcohol, sex, shopping, gambling, gaming, or whatever. Whatever one’s delight, it is meant to dissipate physical tension, at least temporarily to soften the edges.

Cravings offer a positive side, too. It’s the way the body sends us messages to maintain balance, to refuel our energy or lift our moods. For instance, the body may require Vitamin C to help heal a cold. Desiring an orange or citrus would be a result of a good craving and positive habit to reach for an orange. Body wisdom is working by sending us messages to maintain balance. Yet, if we ignore these messages for any prolonged period to find equilibrium, the more we get out of control and suffer the negative repercussions of our faulty habits and unresolved emotional cravings.

Learning to listen to the needs of the body is essential, as are the responses we get from eating food that causes symptoms (gas, indigestion, acid reflux, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, skin problems, bad breath, headaches, achy joints, etc). So, whenever the body is craving something, pause for a moment and wonder, “What’s really going on here?” “Is this craving coming from my body or my emotions?”

When we find ourselves impulsively reaching for some food, take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reevaluate the situation and consider what your heart and Soul are really asking for. Remember that the pause alone sets up an interruption to the behavior to overcome the craving. The choice is yours. We may choose to honor our bodies needs with Love or to hop onto the vicious cycle of negative pattern repetition where dissatisfaction, self-loathing, and low esteem await claim.

The point of focus is to look for food imbalances, emotional deficits and behaviors in your life that are often the underlying cause of cravings. Many times what we think are emotional cravings are cravings caused by nutritional imbalances that affect emotion, and vice-versa.

Negative Emotions & Food – Part 1

Every moment of every day your thoughts – all the endless chattering inside your head are manifesting themselves as your reality. If your internal voice is a monologue that constantly criticizes your every move as a failure, you will fail. ~The Intention

What we put in our mind is as important as what we put in our mouths, just as the exercise of our mind is as important as the exercise of our bodies. This makes sense, as the body-mind is one system where every thought creates a biological reaction in the body. In fact, life-negating thoughts are infectious and have a powerful negative effect on the healing system of the body. For instance, if our thoughts are filled with fear, guilt, anger, depression, or anxiety we often necessitate a physical compensation of eating comfort foods to return some sense of balance despite the physical consequences. Over time these compensating eating behaviors become fixed in the unconscious mind, thereby turning this process into uncontrollable cravings that creates destructive patterns in our lives. Negative emotions acidify the blood – a precursor to dis-ease states.

In my own process to wellness over a span of over two decades, I discovered that there was a direct link between my emotions and food cravings. That the food I ate was only one source of energy – a secondary source of energy in my life because it was secondary to the primary sustenance that comes from feeling good in my body from movement, having healthy happy relationships, a fulfilling vocation, creative outlets and most importantly a spiritual practice.

The quality of my life in all areas directly affected my thoughts and feelings, which were closely linked to what I would eat and drink. When I was bothered by something I gave up a wholesome meal for a small box of chocolates – an impulse buy at the checkout counter. I used food as a way to insulate my pain. I have always exercised and have never been overweight, but assuredly, if I had not worked on my emotional eating patterns and discovered a correction between my negative mood states and the effects certain food had on my physiology, I very well could be. I found, however, that it was not so much about weight, but developing body wisdom and affirming attitude towards life. This important distinction between what primary food and secondary food is makes or breaks quality of life.

No doubt, the kinds of food we eat are essential to our health. The food we digest is assimilated into our bodies and transforms food and nutrients into blood. The bloodstream picks up nutrients from sunlight infused food, the digestive tract, oxygen from the lungs, hormones from the endocrine glands and enzymes from other parts of the body, and transports to all tissues, structures head to toe. It also picks up wastes and transports to the lungs, liver, kidneys, lymph system, etc. for detoxification and eventual elimination. Blood builds, fuels, cleanses, moistens, cools and warms all structure and function.” The energy output of our food that creates our cells, new tissues, organs, skin and hair is a factor held within the pH (acid/Alkaline) balance of our blood directly linked by food and negative emotion.

Most people consider food the only aspect of nutrition, but I discovered that when I was nourished on a deeper level that my body would shift into an intuitive eating pattern. For instance, when I was grounded in my body, I noticed that it would tell me what it needed to feel nourished. When I did not observe my body’s wisdom and ate something other, I often got a stomach ache. This became a trial and error process of what to eat and when to eat. I also discovered that the body self-regulates. Self-regulation—the inner wisdom of my body, lets me know through healthy food cravings that I need to eat more raw food, protein, fruit or vegetables nutrition, and so on. For instance, if I have a craving for salt or sugar, I take note of my monthly biorhythm & what may be temporarily out of balance due to hormone fluctuation of nutrition imbalances. I then seek to fulfill that craving in a healthy way.I find that eating a large tablespoon or two of thick raw honey readily satisfies a desire for sweetness or raw 88% cacao chocolate increasing serotonin the brain.

To activate the body’s self-regulation it is essential to eat when our bodies are hungry and not according to the dictates of the clock.  Self-regulation requires that we no longer ingest toxic foods, sugars and high fructose corn syrup, transfats, chemical additives and highly addictive substances.
